Walking into the new year with a grateful heart.

This journey took me from 65 kg to 57 kg, and more importantly, it helped me feel lighter, stronger, and more like myself again 🤍

Spine strengthening drills I practiced consistently to rebuild spinal strength after child birth and gradually Cure sciatica pain

Over all benefits :

🟢Strengthens deep core muscles (multifidus & transverse abdominis)
🟢 Improves spinal stability and balance
🟢 Reduces pressure on the sciatic nerve
🟢 Strengthens lower back and glute muscles
🟢 Supports healthy lumbar spine alignment
🟢Helps reduce lower back stiffness linked to sciatica
🟢 Lengthens hip flexors, hamstrings, and calves ( hanumana dandasana)
🟢 Improves pelvic mobility and spinal alignment
Stretches quadriceps and hip flexors
🟢 Better spinal support for daily activities
