Since I’ve been back in the Swiss Alps I am spending as much time as possible on skis. ⛷️
Fresh mountain air, sunshine, perfectly groomed slopes and those breathtaking views that never get old. 🏔️

Days like this remind me how much I love being outdoors and moving in nature. Feeling grateful for this winter playground and every single run down the mountain.

Belize really knows how to turn even a safety stop into something unforgettable. While hanging there, the sharks just kept circling around me — calm, curious, completely in their element. No rush, no fear, just quiet movement and that incredible feeling of being allowed into their world for a moment.

This is exactly why I love sharks so much. Powerful, elegant und unfortunately always misunderstood 😢
When you meet them like this, they’re nothing but peaceful and fascinating to watch 💙

Floating there, breathing slowly, surrounded by them, I honestly didn’t want the dive to end 🤿
Moments like these stay with you long after you surface 🩵🦈🩵

~ B Y E 2 0 2 5 - H I 2 0 2 6 ~

Closing this year with a full heart, gratitude and a lot of clarity. It was a year filled with movement, adventures, deep blues, salty skin, snowy peaks, spontaneous plans — and also moments of real fatigue.

Summer reminded me that working too much comes at a cost, and that slowing down isn’t optional, it’s necessary 🩵💙🩵💙

So here’s to 2026 — to chasing new horizons, diving deep (literally and figuratively 🤿), saying yes to more adventures, making space for joy, growth, health and connection along the way, but more importantly listening to my body, protecting my health, and choosing balance along the way 🙏🏾

More intention, more presence, fewer rushes ☯️

Within just 24 hours we swapped sunny, warm Mexico for a snowy, sun-kissed Davos in Switzerland ❄️☀️

From ocean blues and salty skin to crisp mountain air and white landscapes — I love how travel can take you between completely different worlds in the blink of an eye.

This time of year always makes me pause and feel extra grateful: for the journeys, the people I get to share them with, and all the moments — big and small — that make life feel rich and meaningful.

~ W A N D E R L U S T ~

Just one more day and then we’re heading off on a whole month of adventures together in México and Belize.

I can hardly believe it’s finally here. A month to slow down, soak up the sun, visit friends and explore new places.

We will dive beneath the waves, exploring the cenotes and Orlando will chase the wind while kite surfing — but most importantly, time to reconnect and enjoy moments just for us. 💙🩵💙🩵

Life moves so fast and moments like these feel incredibly special. I’m so grateful to be doing this with you by my side — for all the laughs, the spontaneous plans, the shared dreams, and the way we make even the simplest moments feel like adventures.

I had the best time celebrating my birthday with Orlando in a beautiful wellness hotel in the city of Straßburg 🥰

We enjoyed sunshine, a long breakfast, massages, spa time, and then explored the stunning city together. Honestly, it felt like the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure 🥂💆‍♀️
