What a mindful experience with for Meditation by the Sea session this evening. My monkey mind was on full alert when I arrived but it gently transitioned to a mindful mind just being present with the distractions of nature and man - the three blasts from the ship, the Brac flyer coming in, the herons fighting over fish balanced with the sea breeze blowing pass with the lights of the sky including the sparkles of the cruiser rustling of the almond tree and waves splashing against the iron shore. Definitely a must do if you haven’t for 2026.
