When cardiac arrest happens, every second counts. ⏱️
Immediate CPR can keep oxygen flowing to the brain until help arrives. Knowing CPR is one of the most powerful ways a person can save a life - especially outside a medical setting. ❤️
Interested in learning CPR in the Cayman Islands? St. Matthew’s University offers American Heart Association accredited BLS/CPR training for both medical and non-medical participants, covering CPR and AED skills (with or without first aid).
We’re grateful to the doctors at St. Matthew’s, who volunteer their time to teach life-saving CPR skills in the Cayman Islands. A portion of the training proceeds is generously donated to the Cayman Heart Foundation, helping us continue raising awareness, supporting families, and improving heart health across the community!
