🌿Plan rest first

When rest is scheduled like meetings, focus follows naturally. Your brain performs better when it knows recovery is guaranteed.

Try this: block sleep, daylight, and one unstructured hour before you block work. Watch your mind stop fighting for breaks and start delivering deeper focus.

⌛Interruption trap

Every "quick check" costs 20 minutes to refocus. Three evening checks mean an hour of lost rest.

Try this: one evening completely unavailable. Phone in another room, 7pm-9am.
