Why you shouldn’t panic when the scale fluctuates!
Our bodies are not mostly composed of fat, they’re mostly composed of water. Therefore most of the weight changes we see from day to day are water changes, not fat.

Few reasons you see fluctuations:
- Recent increase in cardio
- Recent increase in weight lifting
- Any soreness, injury or bruising
- Illness
- Change in timing of dinner to a later time than usual, and/ or addition to a late night snack even if you ate the same total number of daily calories.
- Single unusually large meal within past 5 days
- Eating more carbs after a period of not having had many carbs
- Change in dietary fiber
- Recent exposure to heat (hot yoga, exercising in heat)
- Menstrual cycle
- Increase in sodium intake

الفرق الأساسي بين عصير الفاكهة وحبة الفاكهة هو الالياف، فالالياف الغذائية ضرورية جداً في التحكم بمستويات السكر في الدم وتمنع ارتفاعه بشكل مفاجئ، كما انها تساهم في التحكم بالشهية وتشعرك بالشبع لفترة أطول.
انتبه الى كمية السكر التي تتناولها، فالعصائر يمكن ان تحتوي على كميات كبيرة من السكريات. اذا كان لا بد من شرب العصير، اشرب نصف كوب فقط ويحسب كحصة فاكهة.، كما يفضل ان يكون طازج وليس معلب.
