• Tuna = lean protein, low fat, convenient — but watch out for mercury.
• Sardines = protein + omega-3 + calcium powerhouse, with much lower mercury risk.

Tuna is not a poison. 🛑
But it can contain mercury, a heavy metal that builds up in larger fish. High levels of mercury over time can affect the nervous system, especially in:
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women (can affect baby’s brain development),
• Young children,
• People who eat large amounts of tuna frequently.

🐟 Tuna is not poisonous — but should be eaten in moderation.
