Soy products can be: soy protein, soybean, soy flour, soymilk, tofu, soy sauce, soy bean oil, miso, tempeh and soy fiber.

✅️ Suitable for Vegetarian and Vegan.

✅️Suitable for Diabetic people because it is very low on Glycemic Index.

✅️May decrease Cholesterol level because of its main content of fat which is polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat.

✅️Improve Gut Health and decrease Colon Cancer because of its content of soluble and insoluble fiber.

✅️Source of Vitamins and Minerals like Vitamin K, B1, folate, copper, manganese and phosphorus.

✅️Rich in phytonutrients such as isoflavones (family of antioxidant) that changed in the body to phytoestrogen similiar chemical structure to female hormone of Estrogen.
