21/11/2025
On 11.11.2025,
I took a moment to breathe… and to celebrate myself a little, not something I usually do.
I celebrated the mother whose heart is always stretched between places, people, responsibilities… yet somehow keeps giving.
The wife trying to hold love and connection in the middle of long weeks and heavy stories.
The colleague who shows up even when she’s running on low battery.
I celebrated the psychologist who stood in shelters, clinics, classrooms, doing her best, even when she wasn’t sure she had anything left to give.
And the student in me who refuses to stop learning, no matter how tired she gets.
I also celebrated the trust my colleagues placed in me during the elections , a reminder that community, respect, and shared purpose truly matter.
And on that day, I wished for myself:
💚 To keep doing meaningful work without losing myself
💚 To build spaces where people can breathe and heal
💚 To keep laughing, learning, grounding
💚 To honor rest the same way I honor responsibility
To everyone who crossed my path, thank you. You mattered more than you know.
