I regularly get asked why I use Needles and if they are the same as acupuncture.

🗣️Dry Needles are one of my favourite treatment tools I use, as they can have amazing affects with my athletes helping to get them out of pain.

🦶🏻Flat feet, is a condition in which the arch of the foot is flattened, resulting in the entire sole of the foot coming into contact with the ground.

🗣️This can lead to changes in lower body mechanics, which can increase the risk of injuries such as Achilles tendinopathies, IT band syndrome, knee pain, shin splints, and low back pain.

🧠A study has found that 77% of adults with flat feet have back or lower body pain. It is important for individuals with flat feet to seek proper diagnosis and treatment to prevent or manage these conditions.
