1️⃣ ابدئي بالنظر في المرآة ولاحظي أي تغييرات في الشكل، الحجم، أو ملمس الجلد.
2️⃣ ارفعي ذراعيكِ وراجعي مرة أخرى لأي تغييرات ظاهرة.
3️⃣ استخدمي أصابعكِ لتحسّي الثدي أثناء الاستلقاء، بحركات دائرية صغيرة من الخارج نحو الداخل.
4️⃣ لا تنسي فحص تحت الإبط للبحث عن أي كتل أو تورم.
