Pumpkin spice, but make it gains! 💪
This high-protein pumpkin cinnamon smoothie is my new favorite autumn treat. All the cozy flavor you crave, packed with protein to keep you full and fueled.

Ingredients:
• ½ tsp cinnamon + ¼ tsp nutmeg
• 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
• 1 tsp wheatgrass juice powder
• 1 tbsp of cinnamonde spread
• Ice cubes if desired
• 1/2 cup canned or cooked pumpkin puree
• 250 ml almond milk (or any milk alternative)
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a glass, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top if you like.
4. Enjoy as a warm-weather cooler or even warmed up slightly for a cozy feel.
