The Diet concept lead by R.D Abir Beydoun provide you nutrition and exercise consultancy to make your healthy journey easier. Abir Beydoun is a registered dietitian in the Ministry of public health. She holds a Bachelor degree of Health Sciences in Nutrition & Dietetics with distinction from Beirut Arab University; she is continuing her master’s degree in Physiology and Sports Nutrition in the University of Saint Joseph. Abir holds Merits in Managing Food Safety in Catering, ISO 22000 and HACCP. She is experienced in clinical disease-related nutrition (diabetes, cholesterol, triglyceride…) to help clients to reach their goals with a personalized diet program.
