Interruption increases their tension and worsen their case.

Just listen. Give them time. Let them lead.

عندما شخص ما يبدأ بالتاتأة، أفضل ما يمكنك تقديمه هو الصبر والإنصات وليس إكمال الجملة عنه.

المقاطعة تزيد من توتره فتزيد حالته سوءا.
