The summer is coming and there you can maintain your great skin with a superficial peel. Remember that sun damage fastens skin ageing. You can still have a superficial peel to get rid of dead skin and maintain amazing skin, but wait two to three weeks before you hit the beach again. The best times for sun tanning are after 4 PM and for no longer than 30 minutes at a time. Also heat can affect your Botox and fillers (can cause skin discoloration), so please wait 3 days to go back in the sun after your visit to your aesthetic doctor!

Recently I was in Berlin's Egyptian museum and came across the Nifertiti bust. I have read and studied the bust proportions many times before during my aesthetic medicine studies. However, nothing prepared me to actually seeing it in person. It was so spellbinding. Unfortunately, no pictures were allowed and I could t get past the guards. The following article discusses why the Nifertiti remains the most beautiful. While our views on what is considered a beautiful body has changed with the times, facial beauty concepts have remained constant throughout history.
