By mastering yourself, you stop the stream of judgment at its source, and what never flows out cannot return.

This does not mean blindness or lack of discernment. You can recognize harm, set boundaries, and choose wisely without condemning souls. Discernment brings clarity, while judgment breeds inner turmoil. When fear, hurt, and ego quiet down, judgment naturally loses its grip.
