As we celebrate Pride month, it is key to remember that small revolutions are just as monumental as bigger revolutions. In a climate of increasing sociopolitcal tension, riots may not be feasible, but this does not mean that other acts of rebellion are any less significant. Here's to quiet and not so quiet revolutionary moments!

An exclusive workshop for the Lebanese Psychological Association (LPA)

What an incredible workshop it has been exclusively for the Lebanese Psychological Association (LPA) on gender and sexuality and the mental health considerations for LGBTQI+ in Lebanon! 🏳️‍🌈✨

This enriching training journey was a beacon of hope, fostering understanding and dialogue with mental health providers and creating equitable access opportunities for the LGBTQIA+ community in Lebanon.

We delved into various LGBTQIA+ concepts, exploring the beauty of diverse gender identities, expressions, and sexual orientations. 🌟 and highlighting the importance of understanding this diversity in practice.

We also recognized the vital role of mental health and MH providers for the LGBTQ+ community. By raising awareness and providing support, we are cultivating a nurturing environment for everyone to thrive. 🤗💪

Moreover, we acknowledged the challenges faced by individuals who have undergone harmful Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Change Efforts (SOGI-CE) in Lebanon.

We can work together to ensure a safer and more inclusive future by shedding light on these practices and their consequences. 🚫❌

With the help of the best practice guidelines introduced during the training, we can positively impact our communities. Together, we can create a society that embraces diversity, celebrates love, and offers equal opportunities to all. 🤝❤️🌍

We will guide you through the process briefly so you can build an idea.
