Mr. John Nasr, a licensed physiotherapist, graciously offered our residents a group physiotherapy session. After highlighting the importance of careful and mindful movements, he guided them through simple daily exercises designed to help maintain muscle tone and strength.

Students from the American University of Beirut (AUB) Faculty of Nursing visited our residents as part of their Community Health course and took them on a beautiful trip down memory lane.
Through interactive exercises, photos, and guided questions, our residents revisited cherished memories and journeys across different countries. It was a heartwarming and meaningful experience for all.

International College students visited our residents today and introduced hydroponics as a project they will be conducting together.
Hydroponics is a method of growing plants without soil, using water enriched with nutrients instead. The plant roots sit directly in water (or in an inert medium such as clay pellets) and absorb nutrients from the solution.
Our residents were enthusiastic about joining this project and are already looking forward to next Friday, when they will begin implementing it at Moadieh. 🌱
