لبّت نقيبة الممرضات والممرضين في لبنان السيدة عبير كردي علامة، دعوة مركز مواقدية الإنجيلي يرافقها مديرة النقابة السيدة نتالي ريشا، حيث التقت مع مجموعة من الإداريين في مراكز الإقامة الطويلة ودور رعاية المسنين.

خلال اللقاء، تمّت مناقشة أبرز الهواجس والتحديات التي تواجه العاملين في هذه المراكز، سواء من الكوادر التمريضية أو الإدارية، إضافةً إلى بحث سُبل الدعم التي يمكن أن تقدّمها النقابة لتحسين أوضاعهم وتعزيز بيئة العمل.

وأكدت النقيبة علامة أهمية توحيد الجهود والتعاون المستمر مع إدارات هذه المراكز، والاستفادة من القوانين والمراسيم النافذة الخاصة بمراكز الإقامة الطويلة، بما يسهم في تطوير هذا القطاع الحيوي.

كما أعلنت عن نية النقابة تأسيس جمعية علمية متخصصة تضمّ الممرضات والممرضين العاملين في هذا المجال، بهدف تمكين الكادر التمريضي من خلال برامج التعليم المستمر وتطوير المهارات المهنية، عبر تدريبات متخصصة تحددها الجمعية، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على جودة الرعاية المقدّمة للمسنين والمقيمين في هذه المراكز.

The Lebanese Interfaith Group for Senior Care held its meeting today at Moadieh Evangelical Center. Our guest speaker was the President of the Order of Nurses, Ms. Abir Kurdi Alameh, who shared with us the Order’s ongoing efforts to support senior care. We, in turn, shared the challenges facing long-term care, particularly the nursing shortage and the need for continuing education.
Thank you to all representatives who made this meeting enriching, insightful, and inspiring.
