Houna is a Holistic & Natural Health Space aimed at promoting stress reduction Therapies & relaxation techniques to achieve calm, fulfillment & optimum health, through Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates classes, Rieki, Shiatsu & Refloxology, as well as a selection of Thai massage, hot stones, cupping Therapy, neck & shoulders stress releasing massage,
Its new addition is Life coaching & Art therapy Sessions and Seminars. Houna is a creative Art space aimed at promoting art initiative through it's Music (Piano & Guitar lessons), Art of drawing, Drama (acting workshops), Dance (Contemporary, Oriental, Latin, Zumba), Capoeira & Barre (training and classes)
