LAU Pre-Medical Society Lebanese American University Pre-Medical Society

The LAU Pre-Medical Society was founded with the aim of promoting a positive community among premedical students. It further aims to promote a holistic approach in creating an environment that supports a premedical student's well-rounded growth through organizing lectures, workshops, and campus events that deal with a broad variety of topics.

On the occasion of December 1 being World AIDS Day, the LAU Premedical Society set up an HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, both as a campus event and a lecture.
The event was done in collaboration with the NGO's Marsa, LebMASH, and Skoun, and the event as a whole was sponsored by Dunkin' Donuts.

On its annual Orphan Fair Day where 500 orphans from across Lebanon come on campus and have a wonderful day, participating clubs set up games for the children to play and enjoy. The LAU Byblos Premedical Society participated by preparing a game where nerd meets fun: Pin the Organ on the Smurf! An incredibly rewarding experience, to say the least.
