Hello community!
This is Avedis, my husband, and me. We are the core team behind Summit Souls, previously known as Sports4Life, founded by Avedis in 2007.
When Avo and I joined forces, we felt it was time for a new chapter. Summit Souls was born from the same values Avo has shared with his clients for many years, bringing people to the mountains. In so many ways, he has made that vision a reality.
Years later, the mountains remain at the heart of everything we do. People continue to trust us to hike, climb, and trek in Lebanon and abroad, and this trust fills us with deep gratitude.
This year, we move forward with bigger dreams and projects while staying grounded in what matters most to us: confidence, discipline, and presence.
While Avo’s experience on the ground is unmatched, last year brought challenges that taught us valuable lessons. Without mistakes, we would not strive to do better. And if there is one thing the mountains have taught us, it is that doing everything right does not always guarantee success.
As Avo and I grow as partners, we are also growing as coworkers. It comes with its challenges, but our priority remains the same: to always show up with a full heart and an open mind.
This year, we continue to climb mountains.

When we’re ready, we become more patient. More gentle. More present.
Watching her grow before my eyes, reaching tiny milestones one by one has healed parts of me I didn’t know were still broken.
The world hasn’t been kind. The past few years changed us in ways we never expected. But then she came, and with her, a new kind of purpose was born. One that’s bigger than any dream Avo and I ever had.
To raise her slowly. Softly.
To be there when she cries.
To hold her, fully, with all we are.
One day, we’ll return to the things we miss, the slow mornings, the quiet dinners, the freedom.
But not now.
Now is hers.
This season belongs to tiny hands, sleepy eyes, and endless love.
Every bit of us is poured into her, because she is the reason.
The dream we didn’t know we were waiting for.
Our little girl,
you made our world whole.
We love you more than words could ever hold, and our little family has never felt more complete!

Counting the days! Here I am, close to the end of a transformational journey. As much as it was beautiful, a lot of moments were very emotional! You never forget the first time, it’s always the lesson, the growth and the extension to the new role. Looking back to this time, so much change has happened and not in the way I have expected it to be, but life has its way to tell us things!!
