Lets face it, you can not be stressed out or feeling down and think of celery or cucumber !!! You would crave carbs, sweets and fatty food which is normal!! If you are one of those lucky people that can fight those cravings and go for a walk or listen to some music to reduce the stress, well thats just PERFECT!!! But if you’re not, its ok if you have some comfort food its not gonna kill you unless you make it a daily every meal habit! 🀣
