The Ain Wazein Medical Village management, medical body and staff, constantly seeking to achieve total quality through skilled and professional practice, pledge to implement this quality policy to further productivity across medical, social, health provision and all integrated care services, in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 standards. They relentlessly seek continued advancement and improvement, and shall ensure that this policy is well understood, implemented, maintained and constantly developed throughout all departments and units of this medical compound. Implementing this quality management system serves to promote the Ain Wazein Medical Village patient and stakeholder centered approach by addressing the latters’ specific needs, meeting and exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust, all under the supervision of a highly skilled, experienced and widely specialized medical, nursing, technical and administrative team. This is additionally achieved by a focus on the development of human capital through building competencies and enabling continuous education, thus facilitating the provision of quality healthcare services, at the least possible cost. With a firm belief in the importance of achieving patient and stakeholder satisfaction by means of improving and enhancing the quality of services rendered, Ain Wazein Medical Village has expanded its network of cooperation and affiliations with national and international academic and medical institutions. Ain Wazein Medical Village adopts a continuous improvement policy and aligns its quality objectives to ISO 9001-2015 standards and national accreditation standards, whereby all risks and potential opportunities are identified by the administration. It also ensures continuous monitoring and improvement of the Total Quality Management System, and periodically reviews and assesses its objectives, hence promoting quality healthcare through ensuring the continuity, coherence and safety of patient care.
إنّ إدارة عين وزين مديكال ﭬيليدج وأطبّاءها وجميع العاملين فيها يسعون جاهدين إلى تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في عملهم بكفاءة ومهنيّة عالية، ويتعهّدون بتطبيق سياسة الجودة هذه في مجال الإنتاجيّة والخدمات الطبيّة والاجتماعية والرعاية الصحيّة وكافّة التقديمات الأخرى وفق معايير ISO 9001-2015، ويسعون دائبين للتقدّم والتحسين المستمر، ويعملون على شرح هذه السياسة ويتأكدون من حسن استيعابها وتطبيقها وإنجاحها وتطويرها في كافّة دوائر وأقسام ووحدات المجمّع الطبّي.
