Grateful for the opportunity to be part of the very first Summit hosted at

🙌It was truly an honor to stand among so many respected and inspiring speakers, and to share my journey of integrating performance technology in Lebanon and how it had an impact on our business model.

Thank you to VALD for the trust and belief.
Thank you to the VALD team for the incredible organization and energy behind this event. Nathaniel .khatib .drummond_92 .brooks_vald and all the people who worked on this event virtually ❤️

And a big thank you to Middlesex University Dubai for the warm hosting and beautiful venue.

Moments like these remind me why we do what we do.

Neck pain with tingling… and everyone tells you:

“Do traction, it’s the best solution.”

But what if it’s not the miracle you were promised?

Recent research shows that traction alone gives only a limited improvement. It can feel relieving, especially when a nerve is irritated, but on its own, it’s not enough to truly treat neck nerve pain.

👉Real progress comes from a complete rehab approach:
strengthening, nerve mobility, movement, and hands-on therapy.

Traction is just one tool in the toolbox, not the treatment itself.

Personally, I use it manually, for short holds, as a supportive technique… never as the whole plan.

Have you ever tried traction?
Did it actually help you? Tell me your experience 👇

From the early stages,
we focus on building the right foundation.

Not just to recover,
but to come back stronger and safer 🙌

Yes, the work moved forward.
Yes, the projects grew.

But the real gift of this year had nothing to do with business.

This year gave me my daughter, Luna.
A reminder of why we push, why we build, and why we keep going.

There were challenges.
Moves, uncertainty, and moments that tested patience and faith.
But through it all, what mattered most stayed safe and strong.

My family is healthy.
My home is full.
And that makes every long night worth it.

Ending this year with gratitude, humility, and a deeper understanding of success.
Not measured by numbers…
But by who you get to come home to.

Here’s to growth, health, and everything that truly matters. 🤍

So proud to be part of this journey 🤍
👉Supporting someone who pushed through injuries, stayed disciplined, and trusted the process is something we truly value.

💪Seeing the hard work turn into a Guinness World Record is incredible, but what makes us even happier is seeing it achieved while staying healthy.

How involved should we be with our clients?

A LOT

In thIS session, every detail is given the time it deserves.

1️⃣ Tactile stimulation on the injured side

Hands-on contact to wake up the quad and improve muscle awareness.

2️⃣ Hand contact cueing (very underrated)

Asking the patient to push into my hand. This creates intention, effort, and better motor output.

3️⃣ Visual feedback

The patient looks at his leg while contracting, what the brain sees, it learns to control.

4️⃣ Cross-learning strategy

Strong quad contraction on the non-injured leg, then immediately repeating it on the injured side to facilitate activation.

5️⃣ Motivation and verbal cueing

Continuous feedback, reassurance, and encouragement to reduce fear and improve confidence.

Sometimes, giving each part its proper time is the real treatment.

When Nour came to us, it wasn’t “just an injury.”
Achilles tendinitis for a sprinter is serious, it affects the push-off, the start, the confidence, and sometimes an entire career.

this wasn’t about resting and hoping for the best.
It was about managing pain, loading the tendon the right way, testing often, and making sure we weren’t creating new problems while fixing one.

Step by step, Nour rebuilt trust in his body.
Strength came back.
Confidence came back.
Fear slowly disappeared.

The goal was clear from day one:
return to a high level of competition, safely and prepared.

So let’s compete ❤️

🔥Early quad activation after ACLR is key for faster recovery and better knee control.

Here are a few simple exercises to wake up the quadriceps, reduce AMI, and rebuild strength safely.

03/12/2025

🦵After an ACL injury, many patients experience Arthrogenic Muscle Inhibition (AMI) ⬇️a reflex that reduces activation of the quadriceps and surrounding knee muscles. This makes it harder to contract, stabilize, and control the injured leg.

📣Cross-education plays a key role here.
When you train the uninjured leg, the nervous system sends signals that help the injured side mimic the same movement patterns, improve muscle activation, and reduce the effects of AMI.

It’s not just about “brain training” it’s about teaching the injured leg how to fire correctly again through shared neural pathways.
