Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Beirut - Lebanon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with at least 3 years of accounting experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations related to sales, purchases, budgeting, and journal vouchers (JVs), as well as allocating customer and supplier payments to the correct accounts and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
Record and monitor all sales and purchase transactions in the accounting system.
Ensure proper allocation of payments to the corresponding Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) invoices.
Assist in budget preparation and follow up on budget performance.
Prepare and post journal vouchers (JVs) accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile account balances and statements with supporting documents.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (suppliers, customers, auditors, etc.) to resolve discrepancies.
Assist in generating accounting reports and financial summaries when needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP Business One experience is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems.
Basic understanding of budget control and cost allocation.
Good command of English (written and verbal).

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and craft tailored technical solutions.

Prepare system designs, technical proposals, and BoQs (Bill of Quantities).

Deliver presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and partners.

Provide technical support during the pre-sales phase to ensure proposed solutions are reliable, scalable, and cost-effective.

Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with accurate documentation and design schematics.

Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in security, networking, and ICT systems.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to validate and optimize solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Communication Engineering (or a related field).

2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, or solution design for CCTV, networking, or low-current systems.

Strong understanding of IP surveillance, access control, VoIP, and networking principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Certifications such as CCNA, HCIA, or equivalent are a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
