الجواب كان بس عن الكورتيزول، و التستسترون كمان معني. الهرمونات النسائية ما بيأثّر عليهن الوقت اليومي، بل الشهري، حسب الدّورة.
We're talking about cortisol here, but testosterone is also affected by time (usually better in the morning). Female hormones are affected by menstrual cycle.

كتار بيفكروا انو الصيام بيأثر ع معدّل الفيتامين بالدّم. بس الحقيقة انّو طالما عم تاكلو بشكل متوازن وعم تفوتوا ع جسمكن كلّ الغذا اللازم وقت الافطار ووقت السحور، ف ما في اي مشكلة.
Vitamin intake during Ramadan doesn't drastically reduce just because you're fasting. When you have balanced meals then you won't need to worry ✨️🙏🏻

لمّا يسألوكن بالمختبر شو الأدوية الي عم تاخدوها، كونوا شفافين وقلولن عن كل شي. هيدا سؤال مش حشرية من قبلهم، بل هو بيعطينا عمق ومعلومات زيادة عن نتايجكن.
