Originally established in 1928 by Dr. Wahib Nini, the hospital relocated to a larger property in the heart of Tripoli before its final settlement in the current location. Under the permanent management of the Nini family members, the hospital has undergone a series of restorations and expansions which have resulted in a modern 122-bed facility. Upholding the vision of a modern and progressive healthcare, today we are home to an extensive range of outpatient, inpatient and critical care covering a large spectrum of specialized medicine such as General Surgery, Pediatrics, Cardiology including cardiac catheterization and cardiothoracic surgery, Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, Orthopedics, Urology, Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Oncology and Nephrology including a large renal dialysis unit. Our reputation as a provider of compassionate and high quality healthcare is attributed to the practices of our dedicated team of more than 200 physicians and 400 medical and administrative professionals whose skills and expertise are regarded as some of the best in the region. We maintain our commitment to deliver quality care and continuous improvement as confirmed by the accreditation with no reservation from the Ministry of Public Health in 2011 and the recognition of our Quality Management System as continually compliant with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 standard since 2005. In addition, we are actively engaged in medical and clinical research and meet the Food Safety Management System Requirements (ISO 22000).
