St. Jude Hospital A 24-hour specialty, emergency and primary care hospital located on the southern tip of St. Lucia. St.

Jude Hospital was generously founded as a charity hospital by the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother in September, 1966. A major pillar of the hospital was volunteerism and we continue this tradition today. We proudly serve the southern half of the island which boasts approximately 68,000 people or 42% of the population. Services we provide include but are not limited to:
Primary, family care
Emergency care
Surgery
Out patient walk in clinic
Diabetic Clinic
Eye Clinic
Radiology (x-ray and other imagine services)
Pediatrics
OB/GYN (family planning, pregnancy, etc.) Neuro surgery
Dialysis (for kidney failure)
Pharmacy (you do not need to be a patient to fill a prescription)
Laboratory (you do not need to be a patient to have blood work performed. Outside referrals are welcomed)
Dentistry
Physio-Therapy (you do not need to be a patient to patron this service. Outside referrals are welcomed)

The Laundry Department of the St. Jude Hospital officially moved to the new Augier facility on Thursday November 27th.

Physiotherapy Department Commissioned

Seven days ago, the nation witnessed the official handing over ceremony of the St. Jude Hospital. Since then, the management and staff dedicated time and effort to ensure the transition process commenced immediately.

On Monday 24th November, the Physiotherapy Department will officially open at the Augier site.

We look forward to welcoming our patients for enhanced care at our new home.

St. Jude Hospital is on a mission of full commssioning.

The goal is to have a fully operational facility for the patients and staff.

While the buildings are fully completed to international standards, training, installation of equipment and transitioning is currently underway. Step by step the facility will be fully operational expediently. Here is a video update from the St. Jude Hospital News Room.

As part of phase one of the commissioning process for St. Jude Hospital, the Physiotherapy Unit will be the second department to transition to the new hospital. The public is hereby advised that services will be suspended until Monday 24 November 2025.
