The struggle starts anew. I added 10kg to my sandbag, i like the regression or forces. Instead of still being able to do the complete shouldering, i have to figure it out again. So far the psychological effect of going from 70 to 80 was more than from 80 to 90.
I like having a purposefully prospect of failure in something concrete of little consequence.

Feels great to be in a place where i can run for a couple of hours pain free.

I love the sandbag for exploring stress and settling. As determined as i was to lift the bag, i was mindful in between to remember i wasn't lifting anymore, and telling myself that it's normal to be a bit out of breath and efforted while lifting it. Wondering how much time do i really need between lifts to be ready for the next one. Noticing my nervous system and my awareness settling in the in between - my pelvis relaxing, awareness of my toes and fingers coming back. The urgency of my breath down shifting. That sense of "it's ok".

had some gems from recently on his YouTube channel and i loved them so much as well as the mighty fingers John had on display that i went out and got a plank to play with. I'm hyped 😅😅

What do you guys like about online communication with teachers and peers?
Having lovely exchanges with one of my clients these days. I think the accessibility with online communication can be a real benefit to curating habits and thinking, that probably can't be replicated even with being a live in student in centuries gone by. The barrier to just write an idle thought is lower.
