Developing the skill to relax in hardship is an important one for me. It really helps transform how we handle stress in our lives.
Couple of tender spots on the back of my hands. But otherwise my hands felt wonderful the rest of the night.
I won't do any striking with the heck of my hands until the tenderness is gone. But I'll continue the practice.

Using hardships to explore relaxation is much more powerful than oscillating between hyper tension and couch collapse.
Some traditional shaolin conditioning. I'll try and do n20 to 60 minutes a few times a week at least. Goal is to naturally build up the force and effort - no damage or bruising in any single session. Bonus points: for in built soothing river stone zone effect

Relaxation mixer with effort. Really powerful to combine both. Learn to distinguish from collapsing into a puddle versus essential relaxation

Hanging is a lovely thing to relax into. Had the richness of not being able to relax completely, the hands staying active.
