What do you guys like about online communication with teachers and peers?
Having lovely exchanges with one of my clients these days. I think the accessibility with online communication can be a real benefit to curating habits and thinking, that probably can't be replicated even with being a live in student in centuries gone by. The barrier to just write an idle thought is lower.

One of my students started calling the sandbags zenbags and I love it 🫠🫠🤗
We'll be using the sandbags extensively on my weekend deep dive in may.

First time really working with free weights on an age. It was a lot of work for my shoulder for the pushing. The 80kg single arm pull down (which i think is more likely to be 40kg with the law of the pulley being what it is ...l and the 35kg rows were significantly easier to do
