🌿 October Special! A Gentle Invitation to Begin Your Healing Journey 🌿

Have you been considering therapy but feel unsure about where to start or what it might be like? You’re not alone — taking that first step can feel both exciting and overwhelming.

This October is my birthday month, and I want to give back in a meaningful way. I’m offering 8 free 30-minute therapy sessions for those who are curious about therapy and want to experience it before committing.

During our time together, we’ll:
✨ Explore whatever feels most present for you
✨ Give you a sense of how therapy works
✨ Help you decide whether this process feels right for you

Healing is a journey that unfolds over time, so you may not experience a big breakthrough in just 30 minutes. But you will leave with more clarity and a better understanding of what therapy could offer you.

📱 All sessions will be held on WhatsApp video call
🗓️ Available times:
• Sunday, October 5 → 8:00–8:30am | 9:00–9:30am
• Sunday, October 12 → 8:00–8:30am | 9:00–9:30am
• Sunday, October 19 → 8:00–8:30am | 9:00–9:30am
• Sunday, October 26 → 8:00–8:30am | 9:00–9:30am

⏰ Times are based on Bangkok, Thailand time. If you are in another country/time zone, please adjust accordingly.

⚠️ One spot per person only. Open to serious candidates who are genuinely interested in exploring therapy.

💡 Spots are limited and will go quickly — they’re first-come, first-served.

👉 To reserve your session, please direct message me on WhatsApp at +66 86 326 9591

I look forward to connecting with you and walking with you as you take your first step toward healing.

One of the main barriers to healing is shame. Shame causes us to avoid confronting our core problems, making us feel that there's something fundamentally wrong with who we are. Although this may not be entirely true, shame distorts our perception and makes us believe that we are inherently flawed.

To learn more about your core beliefs and shame, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am Charnon R., a trauma therapist. I help people process different emotions and heal from trauma. ❤️‍🩹

Interacting with emotionally immature people can be exhausting and leave you feeling worse. These individuals are often highly sensitive to criticism and anything that makes them feel wrong. They will try to reverse the fault onto you and project their insecurity, making you feel like you are to blame.

If you want to learn how to better handle situations with emotionally immature people, I can help. I am Charnon R., a trauma therapist. Let's work together ❤️‍🩹

Trauma operates in our lives subconsciously in the background. Most of the time, we're unaware of it. There are 60 different characteristics of trauma, and most of us have a few. To heal from them, we need to understand what they are and how they affect us, then take steps to relearn and correct our behavior and our responses to them.

If you're interested in learning more about your trauma and how to heal from it, give me a call. I am Charnon R., a trauma therapist. Together, we can find your way to healing. ❤️‍🩹

Why is it so hard for some of us to have compassion for ourselves? One of the things that keeps us from healing and making changes is self-criticism. When we criticize ourselves, we send the message that we are not good enough and deserve to feel bad. To change this, you should develop curiosity, pay attention to your inner self, and build compassion toward yourself.

I am Charnon R., a trauma therapist. I help people process big emotions and heal from trauma. If you need assistance or guidance in managing your feelings, please don't hesitate to reach out. ❤️‍🩹

This couldn’t be more true: we cannot forgive until we feel validated. We must first grieve and process our emotions before forgiveness and healing can begin.

If you need help healing and processing your emotions, feel free to give me a call. I am Charnon R., a trauma therapist, and I assist people in processing their emotions and healing from trauma. ❤️‍🩹

Our brain 🧠 produces the good feeling chemical that helps us feel good and motivates us to build strong connections with our caregivers. From a young age, especially during our early years, we learn to soothe ourselves through the support of our caregivers. If we do not have attuned caregivers to help us process big emotions, our brains may not develop properly, making it difficult for us to self-soothe.

To learn how to restore self-soothing, feel free to contact me. I am Charnon R., a trauma therapist who helps people process big emotions and heal from trauma. ❤️‍🩹

Many of us mishandle our triggers, often making the situation worse. A trigger is part of our body's natural survival system that helps keep us safe. By understanding that triggers are our friends rather than our enemies, we can develop a better approach to healing.

Are you engaging in one of these three behaviors? It may indicate emotional dysregulation.
