Always Remember:
Water Has Memory
Always keep in mind that water has memory.
When you use water in your day-to-day life, be mindful. Appreciate it for the quiet service it gives us cleaning, healing, cooling, nourishing, and sustaining our lives without asking anything in return.
This thought becomes even more emotional when water turns dangerous and furious, like what we see now with floods and storms.
Even at such moments, remind yourself:
This is the same water that served us, comforted us, and gave life to us in the past.
When you live with that awareness respecting water, being mindful of it, treating it with gratitude you become calm, self sufficient, and spiritually grounded.
Water remembers.
And when you remember the service water has given, you stay humble, protected, and connected to nature.

“Om Shanthi Om Shanthi Om Shanthi”
is a Sanskrit mantra that means “*Om, peace, peace, peace*.” It is a powerful invocation for inner and universal tranquility.

Here’s a deeper look at its meaning and significance:

🕉️ Breakdown of the Mantra

• Om (ॐ): Considered the primordial sound of the universe, Om symbolizes the essence of the ultimate reality, consciousness, or Atman. It is the sound of creation and the divine.
• Shanthi (शान्तिः): Translates to peace not just the absence of conflict, but a deep, spiritual calmness and harmony.

🔁 Why It’s Chanted Three Times

The repetition of “Shanthi” three times is intentional and symbolic:

1. First Shanthi: Peace in the physical world
protection from natural disturbances like storms, earthquakes, or disease.
2. Second Shanthi: Peace in the mental world
freedom from emotional turmoil, stress, and anxiety.
3. Third Shanthi: Peace in the spiritual realm
liberation from karmic burdens and spiritual ignorance
