Dial 1390 help line for free consultations by a panel of Doctors who are able to converse in all 3 languages ;Sinhalese, Tamil or English. They are available 24/7 to serve you. In cases where hospital admission is needed they will coordinate you with 1990 Ambulance service as well.
So DO NOT PANIC ; Be Safe everyone !!!
