This year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the impact of intentional giving in creating opportunities and support that enable women to thrive, lead, and grow.
At HRC, this was explored through a fireside chat featuring Thilini Ekanayake, Chief Strategy Officer; Jaya Gupta, Chief People Officer; Laura Andre, Senior Director, RCM Operations; and Julie Stanfield, Director, RCM Operations. The discussion focused on what it means to give with intention, from mentoring, advocacy, and building self-confidence to the role of opportunity and support in shaping leadership journeys.
The panel also shared perspectives on balancing ambition with societal expectations, overcoming workplace barriers, advocating for growth opportunities, and navigating moments where voices may go unheard, reinforcing the importance of inclusive environments.
