විශේෂයෙන්ම පරිපාලන නීතියේ විකාශනයන් සහ නඩු නීතිය මගින් මතුවෙමින් පවතින අභියෝග හමුවේ රාජ්‍ය අංශයේ ආයතනික වගකීම් සැලකිල්ලට ගනිමින්, නිලධාරීන්ගේ අවබෝධය අඩු ප්‍රධාන නීති විෂය ක්ෂේත්‍ර පිළිබඳව මෙහි දී සාකච්ඡා කෙරේ.

ඒ අනූව පොදු දේපළ විෂයයෙහි ලා සිදු කරනු ලබන වැරදි පිළිබඳ නීති පිළිබදව 2026 මාර්තු මස 6 වන දින රාජ්‍ය සේවයේ ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නිළධාරීන් සදහා පවත්වන ලදි. මහජන වත්කම් ආරක්ෂා කිරීම මහජන විශ්වාසය සහ වගවීම වැඩි දියුණු කර ගැනීමට මූලික නීතියක් වන 1982 අංක 12 දරණ පොදු දේපළ විෂයයෙහි ලා සිදු කරනු ලබන වැරදි පිළිබඳ පනතේ නීතිමය විධිවිධාන සහ එහි පසුකාලීන සංශෝධන කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කරනු ලැබී ය. මෙම විධිවිධාන බලාත්මක කිරීමට අදාළවන නඩු නීතිය ද එහි දී සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදි. පොදු දේපළවලට අදාළ වැරදි වැළැක්වීම, හදුනාගැනීම සහ නඩු පැවරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් උපාය මාර්ගික සහ අධිකරණ අර්ථකථන සහභාගිවන්නන්ට අධ්‍යයනය කිරීමට හැකි විය.

මෙම වැඩමුළු මාලාවේ දෙවන වැඩමුළුව රාජ්‍ය සේවයේ විනය කාර්යය පටිපාටියට නව ඩිජිටල් ප්‍රවේශයක් අප්‍රේල් මස 30 වන දින පැවත් වේ.

The Human Capital Development Division of the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute organised two workshops on Medical Taping Application for Sports Masseurs on 30 March 2026 and 06 April 2026. A total of 60 students participated in these workshops. The sessions were conducted by Dr. Himan De Silva, Olympic Doctor and Sports Physician, National Hospital, Galle. The programme was coordinated by Mr. Bharatha Herath, Senior Lecturer and Head of the Human Capital Development Unit.

Sri Lanka Foundation Institute inaugurated the first batch of the Higher National Diploma (HND)in Counselling on 8th March 2026, at the institute.

The course per say allows the participants to select a preferred specialty out of: HND in Family Counselling & Psychology, HND in Gerontological Counseling & Psychology, HND in Child & Adolescent Counseling 2026/27 and HND in Positive Psychology & Applied Psychotherapy. Approximately 60 participants are enrolled in the course.

The main recourse persons of the course Dr. Neil Fernando, the Consultant Psychiatrist, Dr. Sathika de Silva, Researcher, an Applied & Behavioral Data Scientist were present on the occasion.
The Dr. Wasantha Pathirana - Senior Lecture, Head of the Psychology & Counselling Unit SLFI, coordinates the course.

නීති පුහුණුව පිළිබද උසස් සහතිකපත්‍ර පාඨමාලාව - 2026

ශ්‍රී ලංකා පදනම් ආයතනයේ නීති අධ්‍යයන පාඨමාලා අතර කෙටි කාලීන පාඨමාලාවක් වන නීති පුහුණුව පිළිබඳ උසස් සහතිකපත්‍ර පාඨමාලාව නීතිය බලගන්වන නිළධාරීන් සදහා පවත්වන සුවිශේෂ පාඨමාලාවකි. මේ යටතේ රාජ්‍ය සේවය තුළ නීතිය බලාත්මක කරන නිළධාරී කණ්ඩායමක් වන මිණුම් ඒකක ප්‍රමිති සහ සේවා දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නිළධාරීන් සඳහා වෘත්තීමය වශයෙන් අවශ්‍ය වන නීතිය පිළිබඳ දැනුම හා පුහුණුව ලබා දීම පදනම් ආයතනය විසින් සිදුකෙරේ. මෙම ආයතනයේ නවතම කණ්ඩායම සඳහා මාර්ගගත දේශනා 2026 මාර්තු මස 6 වන දා ආරම්භ කරන ලදි. මේ වන විට මෙම දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ නිළධාරීන් 300 කට ආසන්න පිරිසක් මේ පාඨමාලාව හරහා පුහුණු කර ඇත. පාඨමාලාව අවසානයේ ආදර්ශ උසාවියක් නිර්මාණය කොට උසාවි කටයුතුවල දී මුහුණ දෙන ගැටළු පිළිබඳ ප්‍රායෝගික පුහුණුවක් ලබා දීම සිදු කෙරේ. මෙම පාඨමාලාව සඳහා හිටපු නීතිපතිවරු, හා ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ නීතිඥවරු සම්පත්දායකත්වය සපයයි.

මෙම පාඨමාලාව සම්බන්ධීකරණය කරනු ලබන්නේ ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ කථිකාචාර්ය සරෝජිනී වික්‍රමසිංහ මහත්මිය විසිනි.
