I am truly honored to be seated amongst a panel of erudite doctors at the Specialized Doctor’s Seminar Programme of Medicare 2026.
The Asia Wellness Forum, in collaboration with Aitken Spence Conventions & Exhibitions and under the patronage of the Ministry of Health, is organizing the 15th edition of Medicare – International Healthcare Exhibition, scheduled to be held on 6th, 7th, and 8th March 2026 at the BMICH, Colombo.

Different client so have different goals ; you may need a massive 15kg fat loss transformation or your goal may be to simply loose the mom pouch and fit into your wedding dress again . This lovely lady wanted the latter, to get back to her pre - baby weight . Even if it looks like a small fat loss for us , for her it’s everything ❤️ so we are going to celebrate her victory!

Don’t beat yourself up if your fat loss is not exactly linear and downward on the graph 📉 you will face road bumps but what’s important is to push through those platues and endure 💪 I’m so proud and impressed by her persistence and patience.
The weighing scale doesn’t show only fat. If you sleep less , retain water , am on different days of your menstrual cycle the scale can show a difference weight than your real weight. So do not get discouraged or disheartened, take your progress photos weekly , hire a coach for accountability and endure !!
