This is a really cool chick who lives in Sweden . She’s super nice and dedicated .. she tracks her stats , counts her calories, doesn’t miss her workouts , logs her meals and is overall a really nice person actually. We get on really well and it’s been a pleasure coaching her . One reason I love my job is that I get to meet some truly inspiring people who work hard , multitask and persevere with a smile. Well done girly !

The type of stuff I’ve been eating these days ❤️ I started eating more minced beef (stats show loads of sri Lankans are anemic) I’ve learnt Mediterranean dishes are fast and easy to prepare. They are also incredibly delicious and are clean healthy and well balanced . They also love fermented food (pickled food) and Greek yogurt that’s good for your gutt, olive oil and loads of herbs and Veges and I’m honestly loving it !
Or on some days I might just make a mutton or beef curry with just some pol roti and honestly it’s so good ! The challenge is stopping after one small roti haha
