🌿 Ayurvedic Belly Fat Support for Mothers 🌿

Sometimes the most powerful healing comes from the simplest herbs in our kitchen. Ayurveda recommends a gentle herbal tea made with cumin, fennel, and ajwain to support digestion, reduce bloating, and gradually help reduce stubborn belly fat — especially after childbirth.

✨ How to Prepare
Boil 1 cup of water and add:
• ½ tsp cumin seeds
• ½ tsp fennel seeds
• ½ tsp ajwain seeds
Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes, strain, and drink it warm

🌼 Best Time to Drink
Drink once daily in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes after meals to support digestion and metabolism

When the breath becomes calm, the heart follows.
Gentle Pranayama combined with Nasya therapy can help soothe the nervous system and reduce heart palpitations by calming the mind and balancing prana (life energy). A few mindful minutes each day can bring deep relaxation and harmony to the heart.

How to practice
• Sit comfortably and practice slow breathing (like Anulom Vilom / Nadi Shodhana) for 5–10 minutes.
• Keep the breath smooth and relaxed.
• After pranayama, apply 1–2 drops of warm Nasya oil in each nostril and gently inhale.

Oils commonly used for Nasya
• Warm sesame oil
• Anu tailam (traditional Ayurvedic nasal oil)
• Brahmi oil for calming the mind
Who should avoid Nasya

• During cold, fever, or sinus infection
• Immediately after meals
• During pregnancy unless guided by a practitioner
