✨ Did You Know? ✨
Gazing upward or gently rolling the eyes upward activates subtle nerve pathways connected to focus, calmness, and inner awareness.
This simple yogic practice helps relax eye strain, improve concentration, soothe the nervous system, and is traditionally believed to stimulate the Ajna (third-eye) center, enhancing mental clarity and mindfulness.
🧘♀️ How to practice:
Sit comfortably with a straight spine.
Relax your face and shoulders.
Slowly lift your gaze upward without straining.
Breathe calmly and hold the gaze for a few seconds.
Release and relax. Repeat gently.
⏳ Duration & results:
Practice for 1–2 minutes daily.
With regular practice, benefits like mental calmness, improved focus, and reduced eye fatigue can be felt within 2–3 weeks.
Sometimes, a simple shift in the gaze can bring a deeper shift within. ✨
