Sage Sri Lanka A miraculous place where people can meet and connect, inspire each other and make a difference. Our second section are Yogic Balance Classes.

For years most of the place has been unused, it was waiting for it's right purpose to come. Some new Austrian Spirits want to change that, and fill the rooms with new joy and creativity. Soon there will be Art Classes for children and Yogic Balance Classes happening on a regular basis. We will offer several Art & Craft Classes for different age groups, one Drama Class and one Literature/Creative Writing Class. An outlet for children after school, helping them to explore their creative abilities, to think out of the box, to work in a team and to strengthen their self esteem so they will grow up to confident, creative and strong personalities. Offered by a motivated and very experienced Yoga Teacher from Austria. She will offer you Hatha Yoga especially customized for your highest feeling of relaxation and a sense of wellbeing for you whole body, soul and mind. Also she will offer one Class especially for pregnant women, who can take a great advantage for the birth of their child and a release of their pains and tensions, that go along with pregnancy. REMEMBER, !!!

Sadly, even though it has only been 5 years since the war ended, people definitely seem to have forgotten what it was like to live in a war struck country from childhood to adulthood. Having lived amidst war from my grade 1 onwards until my child turned 8/9 years old, the only thing I've felt ever since the war ended (and that feeling remains intact to date) is gratitude towards everyone involved (of which MR played a big role) in giving us our freedom back, and the peace of mind that we would see our kids returning home from school.

අන්තවාදය පරදා සියලු ජාතීන්ට සුරක්ෂිත රාජ්‍යයක් කරා...

බි‍්‍රතාන්‍යයන් ඇතුලු යුරෝපීයයන් ආසියාව ආක‍්‍රමණය කිරීමෙන් පසු ඔවුන්ගේ බෙදාවෙන්කිරීමේ පාලන ප‍්‍රතිපත්තිය සමගින් අප රට වැනි ආසියාතිකයන්ට දායද කරදුන් පිළිකාව උඩු දුව ඇත. ප‍්‍රතිකර්ම විවිධ අවස්ථාවන්හිදී යෙදුවද මෙකී පිළිකා ෙසෙල නැවත නැවත දලුලමින් ඇත. එනම් අන්තවාදී කණ්ඩායම්වල ආගමනයයි. එනම් මෙම ඇමරිකාව ප‍්‍රමුඛ බටහිර රටවල ක‍්‍රමන්ත‍්‍රණවලට ජාතීන්ගේ සමගිය පවත්වාගෙන යාමට සූක්ෂම මෙහෙයුමක් කිරීමට ජනාධිපතිතුමාට සිදුවී ඇත.
ඔබ මැද පෙරදිග තත්වය මේවනවිටත් අවබෝධයෙන් සිටිනු ඇතැයි සිතමි. එහි මුස්ලිම්වරුන් අන්තවාදයට නැඹුරුකොට තමතමන්ගේම ලේ වගුරුවනුයේ ඇමරිකාව ප‍්‍රමුඛ බටහිර රටවල්වලින් ලද වෙඩි උණ්ඩ තුලින්ය. පසුගිය දිනක පාසලකට ඇතුලු වු අන්තවාදීන් කුඩාමල්වැනි දරුවන්ගේ හිස් පසාරු කරමින් යවනු ලැබුවේ අමරිකන් වෙඩි උණ්ඩයන්ය.
මෙකී අන්තවාදය අපගේ රටට ගෙන දීමට ඉඩ දෙමුද?
හකීම් ප‍්‍රමුඛ යම් මුස්ලිම් පක්ෂ අන්තවාදී බලපැම් වලට හසුවී තිබේද?
එසේ නැතහොත් ඔවුන් නොමගට යාමක් සිදුවේද? මේ තුලින් අනාගත මුස්ලිම් ජනතාවට කුමන ප‍්‍රතිඵලයක් ලැබේද?
අද ජනාධිපතිතුමා උතුරු නැගෙනහිර හා දිවයින පුරා ජීවත්වන සිංහල, දෙමල සහ මුස්ලිම් ජනයාට සමාන ලෙස පියෙකුමෙන් සෙනෙහස දක්වයි. එසේනම් තවදුටරටත් අප එම අන්තවාදයට ඉඩ නොදී ලොව දිනා ගැනීමට සියලු ජාතීන්ට සුරක්ෂිත රාජ්‍යයක් බිහිකර සමෘද්ධිය කරා පිය නැගීමට අතිගරු ජනාධිපතිතුමාගේ ගමන් මාර්ගය ශක්තිමත් කරදීම අපගේ වගකීම ම වනු ඇත.
