✔ Controlled water releases are ongoing from several reservoirs to manage pressure.
✔ Authorities confirm no structural issues or cracks at major dams — avoid believing rumours.
✔ Rescue operations, road closures & welfare centre evacuations continue.

🚨 If an evacuation is announced — leave immediately.
Do not wait for a second alert. Water levels can rise suddenly.

🛑 Stay Safe:
Avoid walking or driving through floodwater.
Keep documents, medicines & essentials in a safe, raised place.
Drink only boiled or purified water.
Stay updated through official DMC announcements — not social media rumours.

We’re pleased to share an important milestone from our Kollonnawa Residential Project for our client Mr. Azher — the first brick laying has officially been completed.

This marks the start of the main construction phase, where the design begins to take physical shape on site. A strong foundation and steady progress are always our priority, and we’re excited to move forward with this build.
