As we proudly celebrate this historic day, the Red Cross Circle of Homagama Mahinda Rajapaksa Vidyalaya extends heartfelt wishes to our nation and its people. This day marks not only the freedom of our motherland, but also a renewed responsibility to serve with compassion, unity and humanity.

“A Drop of Hope, A Gift of Life” 🩸

In line with the 15th Anniversary celebration of the school called "Pannarasoddipani" , the Jeevadhara ’26 Blood Donation Camp, conducted by the Mahinda Rajapaksha College Red Cross Circle, stood as a meaningful act of compassion and social responsibility.

With the generous support of blood donors and medical professionals, this initiative reminded us that even the smallest contribution can create a life-saving impact. Together, we chose humanity, service, and unity — not only to celebrate an anniversary, but to give life a greater purpose.

හෝමාගම මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ විද්‍යාලයීය රතු කුරුස කවය මගින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද ඉගෙනුම් ඉගැන්වීම් ක්‍රියාවලියට අවශ්‍ය උපකරණ බෙදා දීමේ ව්‍යාපෘතිය පසුගිය 2025.10.31 දින සමාජ සත්කාර ව්‍යාපෘති මාලාවේ තවත් විශේෂ ව්‍යාපෘතියක් ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලදී.

මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය හරහා, ඉගෙනුම් ඉගැන්වීම් ක්‍රියාවලියට ප්‍රයෝජනවත් වන මාකර් පෑන් විද්‍යාලීය සියලුම අංශයන් සදහා පරිත්‍යාග කිරීම සිදුවිය.

හෝමාගම මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ විද්‍යාලයීය රතු කුරුස කවය මගින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද විද්‍යාලීය පුස්තකාලයට පොත් පරිත්‍යාග කිරීමේ ව්‍යාපෘතිය 2025.10.31 දින සමාජ සත්කාර ව්‍යාපෘති මාලාවේ තවත් එක් අදියරක් ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලදී.

සිසුන් අතර කියවීමේ අගය ප්‍රචලිත කරලීම, පොත්පත් පිළිබඳ කැමැත්ත හා අවබෝධය වැඩිදියුණු කිරීම මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතියේ ප්‍රධාන අරමුණු විය.

මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය සාර්ථකව නිම කිරීමට සහයෝගය ලබාදුන් ගරු විදුහල්පතිතුමන්, කවය භාර ආචාරිනී මෙන්ම සහය ආචාරිනීන්ට, සභාපතිතුමා ඇතුළු නිළධාරී මණ්ඩලය සහ කැපවීමෙන් කටයුතු කළ සියලුම සාමාජික සාමාජිකාවන්ට අපගේ ගෞරවය හා ස්තුතිය පිරිනමමු.
