The ancient science of Yoga is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals for their better life. Have designed the practices based on the ancient science of Yoga techniques to the stressful and unhealthy era. Adhi Yogam also encourages and supports the philosophy of “Just breathe in & breathe out.” We believe that breathing is the key element to navigate and power-up the human body.

Thirishanthini Darshan (Instructor), founder of Adhi Yogam; she has been practicing Hatha yoga since 2002 with ardor, and keen enhancing her knowledge and experience in her Yogic path. Also, teaching Yoga under her master’s observation Vyasah Kalyanasundarum (Founder of Astanka Yoga Mandir) and also taking part in most of the public organized programs of her Yoga school as well as the Indian Cultural Centre. She has been continuously participating in the most iconic event for any Yoga followers & lover called International Yoga Day, which she has performed advance Yoga in the presence of the president of Sri Lanka & the high commissioner of India along with fellow performers. In the year 2015 she completed the Diploma in Yoga (Hatha Yoga Instructor & Yogic lifestyle counselor course). Also, successfully completed 200hrs integral yoga teacher training, and the requirements of Yoga instructor course conducted by S-Vyasa University, Bangalore, India. Adhi Yogam has been designed to provide the clean and healthy yogic practice to heal the mind and body from pain & stress.
