Doc990 Doc990, Sri Lanka’s Number 1 Digital Healthcare Provider. Doc990 has covered hospitals in Colombo and out of Colombo.

Doc990 is a service which allows the customer to channel doctors conveniently just dialing 990 on their mobile phones, by visiting www.doc.lk or even on the move through their mobile on the Doc990 app which is available on Google Play and App store . Customers have the liberty to channel any doctor from these hospitals using doc.lk. Dialog, Mobitel,Hutch, Airtel , Etisalat and Lanka Bell are our current telecom partners. A customer will be charged Rs.399/= when making the appointment in a Colombo hospital and outstation will be Rs. 199/= apart from the doctor fee and the hospital fee. When the customer is using doc.lk website or the Android App/iOS App to make an appointment, he/she can make the payment using a Visa/Master/Amex Card, eZ cash, Genie, Sampath Vishwa or the ‘add to bill’ option. Any customer who is using Dialog, Dialog CDMA, Mobitel, Hutch, Airtel, Etisalat or Lanka Bell CDMA can dial 990 from their phone and make an appointment via call center agent. For this, the customer can make the payment using the ‘add to bill’ option. Rs.5/= + taxes per minute will be charged by Dialog & Lanka Bell CDMA customers and Rs.8/= + taxes will be charged for other carriers as call charges for a booking done via 990 call center. Customer can use cash and credit card as payment methods if the appointment is made via Selected Union Chemist outlets/George Gooneratne, Check & Cure, Softlogic outlets, selected pharmacies island wide & via cash for any Dialog Arcade Island wide. Once the appointment is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation SMS via Doc990 with the reference number. He/she can provide this reference number to the hospital and collect the physical receipt from the hospital on the appointment date.
