💖Prioritize selfcare: take some rest as you can even small nap is sufficient to reset and restart yourself, Eat well & Stay active🤗💪

💖Have your own parenting style: Stay away from comparing yourself to other moms. Go at your own space 💪🙌

💖Seek social support: Allow others to help you. Remember you need a self love time as well😊🙏.

💖Since moms going through emotional challenges find ways to release your emotions such as talk with a professional, a friend, journaling, go for a walk,listen to music etc 🧖💃💆🏃
