සුනාමිය, කොරෝනා ව්‍යසනය මෙන්ම මෑතකදී ඇති වූ දරුණු ගංවතුර හමුවේ පවා තමා සතු සියල්ල අහිමි වුවද, නොසැලෙන ධෛර්යයෙන් යුතුව නැවතත් නැගී සිටින්නට වෙර දරන මේ දිරිය පියාගේ කතාව අප සැමටම මහඟු ආදර්ශයකි. තමා කෙරෙහි විශ්වාසය තබා, ශක්තිමත් මනසකින් යුතුව අනාගතය දෙස සුබවාදීව බැලීමට ඔහු අපව දිරිමත් කරයි.

𝗔 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗱𝗮𝘄𝗻 — 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲

The 1st of January at 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 began with tradition, unity, and gratitude. From the flag hoisting and the national anthem sung in unison, to the ceremonial boiling of milk symbolising prosperity and fresh beginnings, the morning reflected who we are and what we stand for.

Our 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗞𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗶, addressed the gathering, expressing heartfelt appreciation to all stakeholders for an exceptionally successful year gone by, while sharing his vision for the years ahead.

The ceremony concluded on a warm, joyful note, as senior management and staff came together to enjoy a traditional New Year breakfast — complete with sweetmeats and familiar festive flavours.

Here’s to moving forward together, grounded in tradition and driven by purpose.
