✅ කථන ප්‍රමාදය ( Speech Delay )සහ භාෂා ප්‍රමාදය ( Language Delay )අතර වෙනස.

බොහෝ දෙමව්පියන් කථන ප්‍රමාදය( Speech Delay ) සහ භාෂා ප්‍රමාදය (Language Delay )යන පද අසා ඇති අතර ඒවා සමීපව සම්බන්ධ වුවද, ඒවා සන්නිවේදනයේ විවිධ අංශ ගැන සඳහන් කරයි. වෙනස තේරුම් ගැනීමෙන් ඔබේ දරුවාගේ වර්ධනයට වඩා හොඳින් සහාය විය හැක.

🗣️ කථන ප්‍රමාදය යනු කුමක්ද?
කථන ප්‍රමාදයක් යනු ශබ්ද සහ වචන නිෂ්පාදනය කිරීමේදී දරුවෙකුට අපහසුතාවයක් ඇති වීමයි. වෙනත් වචන වලින් කිවහොත්, දරුවාට තමන්ට කියන්නට අවශ්‍ය දේ දන්නා නමුත් එය පැහැදිලිව හෝ නිවැරදිව කීමට අපහසු වේ.

👉කථන ප්‍රමාදයේ පොදු ලක්ෂණ:

* සමහර ශබ්ද උච්චාරණය කිරීමේ අපහසුතාව (උදා: "හාවා" සඳහා "ආවා")
* ⁠තේරුම් ගැනීමට අපහසු කථාව
• ඔවුන්ගේ වයසට ගැලපෙන සීමිත වචන ගණනකින් හෝ ශබ්ද ගණනකින් කථා කිරීම.
• වචනවල ශබ්ද හෝ අක්ෂර ඉවත් කිරීම (උදා: "පූසා" වෙනුවට "පු" යැයි පැවසීම)

✅ උදාහරණය: අවුරුදු 3 ක දරුවෙකු බල්ලෙකු යනු කුමක්දැයි දන්නා අතර ඒ ගැන කතා කිරීමට කැමති නමුත් "බල්ලා" වෙනුවට "අල්ලා" යැයි කියයි.

🧩 භාෂා ප්‍රමාදය Language Delay )යනු කුමක්ද?

භාෂා ප්‍රමාදය යන්නෙන් අදහස් කරන්නේ දරුවාට අදහස් සන්නිවේදනය කිරීම සඳහා වචන, වාක්‍ය සහ සංකල්ප තේරුම් ගැනීමට හෝ භාවිතා කිරීමට අපහසු වීමයි. එයට තේරුම් ගැනීම ( Receptive Language )සහ ප්‍රකාශන භාෂාව (Expressive Language )යන දෙකම ඇතුළත් වේ.

👉භාෂා ප්‍රමාදයේ පොදු ලක්ෂණ:

• උපදෙස් හෝ ප්‍රශ්න තේරුම් ගැනීමේ අපහසුතාව
• දරුවාග් වයසට අනුව සීමිත වචන මාලාව.
• වචන වාක්‍යවලට ඒකාබද්ධ කිරීමේ අපහසුතාව.
• ප්‍රශ්න අසන්නට හෝ පිළිතුරු දීමට අපහසු වීම.
• සරල කථා හෝ සිදුවීම් නැවත කීමට අපහසු වීම.

✅ උදාහරණය: අවුරුදු 3 ක දරුවෙකුට වචන පැහැදිලිව කීමට හැකි විය හැකි නමුත් “ඔබේ සෙල්ලම් බඩුව කොහෙද?” වැනි ප්‍රශ්න තේරුම් නොගනී, නැතහොත් “මට කිරි ඕන” වැනි සරල වාක්‍ය සාදන්නේ නැත.

🎯 දරුවෙකුට දෙකම තිබිය හැකිද?

ඔව්. සමහර දරුවන්ට කථන සහ භාෂා ප්‍රමාදයන් දෙකම තිබිය හැකිය. නිදසුනක් වශයෙන්, ඔවුන්ට පැහැදිලි වචන සැකසීමට සහ නිසි වාක්‍ය ගොඩනැගීමට අපහසු විය හැකිය. මේ නිසා කථන භාෂා චිකිත්සකයෙකු විසින් සම්පූර්ණ තක්සේරුවක් කිරීම වැදගත් වේ.

👩‍⚕️ ඔබ මේ ගැන සැලකිලිමත් විය යුත්තේ කවදාද?

• මාස 18 වන විට වචන භාවිතා නොකරන්නේ නම්.
• වයස මාස 18 වන විට සරල උපදෙස් අනුගමනය කළ නොහැකිනම්.
• වයස අවුරුදු 3 න් පසු අපැහැදිලි කථාවක් තිබේනම්.
• අවුරුදු 2–3 වන විට වචන ඒකාබද්ධ කිරීමට අරගල කරයිනම්.
• කතා කිරීමෙන් සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම වැළකී සිටී නම්.
