🌿 Ritigala Spiritual Journey
Today our Sethumka Yoga institute visited the peaceful and ancient Ritigala Forest Monastery.
Walking through the quiet forest paths and historic ruins reminded us of the simple life of meditation practiced by ancient monks.
A beautiful day filled with nature, history, and spiritual energy. 🙏

"විශ්වයේ නිර්මාණාත්මක බලය සහ ශක්තිය තමාගේ ශරීරය හා මනස තුලින් තමා තුළින්ම අවදි කර ගැනීමෙන් ආධ්‍යාත්මික විමුක්තියට මගපාදයි..විශ්වය යනු එකම ගබඩාවක් යන්න අප දන්නා කරුණයි.අප විශ්ව ශක්තිය ලෙස කතාකරන්නේ එයයි.මැරි මැරී උපදින මිනිසාගේ භවය පාලනය කරනු ලබන්නේ 'පරමාත්මය' නම් වූ විශ්ව ශක්ති ප්‍රභවයකි.මිනිසෙකු උපදින විට මේ පරමාත්මයෙන් කොටසක් ඔහු තුලට එකතු වෙයි.එය 'ජීවාත්මයයි' පරමාත්මය යනු අති ප්‍රබල විශ්ව ශක්තියකි.ඒ තුල ඇත්තේ විශ්වයේ සකලවිධ බිහිවීමයි..සකලවිධ පැවැත්මයි.එසේම සකලවිධ විනාශයයි..මෙය සරලව කිවහොත් සමස්ත විශ්වයේම පාලනය කළ හැකි ඣානය මේ තුල පවතී..අප සියලු ආගම්වල අවසන් ඵලය වන මෝක්ෂය හෙවත් විමුක්තියට පත් වීම තිලින් උත්සහ කරන්නේ මේ පරමාත්මය හා එක් වීමයි...මෙම ශක්ති ප්‍රභවය අවදි කිරීමෙන් ලැබෙන ගැඹුරු ඒකාත්මිකවීම කියන්නෙම විශ්වය සමග ඔබ ඒකාත්මික වීමයි...තමන් තමන්වම අවබෝධ කරගත්තා යනු මුලු මහත් විශ්ව න්‍යායම අවබෝධ කරගැනීමයි..ඒ තරම් ජයග්‍රහණයක් තවත් කොයින්ද? මනස කියන්නෙම අපෙ ශක්තියයි...🌍 ඕම් නම: ශිවාය..🪬🔱🧘‍♀මා හට දිව්‍යමය ශක්තිය දෙන්නා වූ මාගේ ශිව පියාණන් වහන්සේට නමස්කාර වේවා🌙
