The Official Commencement Ceremony for the New Year 2026 of National Hospital Kandy was held with dignity and unity, marking a meaningful beginning to the year ahead.
The programme was conducted under the guidance of the Director, Dr. Eresha Fernando, with the presence of Deputy Director Dr. Prasad Walivita and Deputy Director Dr. Chandra Jayantha. The ceremony symbolized renewal, commitment, and collective responsibility.
The National Flag and the Hospital Flag were ceremonially hoisted. The oath was administered in the middle of the programme, where all participants reaffirmed their commitment to professionalism, integrity, and compassionate care.
