සුපථිත්තිථ රට්ඨනුරාධපුරේ - සමදිට්ඨිත දක්ඛිණ ශාඛ වනම්

වර්ෂයක අවසානය සනිටුහන් කරමින් එළඹෙන උඳුවප් පුරපසළොස්වක පොහොය දිනය යනු ශ්‍රී ලාංකික බෞද්ධයන්ට ආගමික වශයෙන් මෙන්ම සංස්කෘතික වශයෙන්ද ඉතාමත් වැදගත් වන පොහොය දිනයකි. මුගලන් මහරහතන් වහන්සේගේ මහා පරිනිර්වාණය සිදු වීම මෙම පොහොය දිනයේ දී සිදු වූ වැදගත් සිදුවීමකි. ශ්‍රී ලාංකික බෞද්ධ ඉතිහාසය දෙස බලන කල්හි, අනුබුදු මිහිඳු මහරහතන් වහන්සේගේ නැඟණිය වන සංඝමිත්තා මහරහත් තෙරණිය විසින් ශ්‍රී මහා බෝධීන් වහන්සේගේ දක්ශිණ ශාඛාව මෙරටට වැඩම කරවීම, අනුලා බිසවගේ මැදිහත්වීමෙන් මෙරට මෙහෙණි සසුන ආරම්භ වීම යනාදිය උඳුවප් පුරපසළොස්වක පොහොය දිනයත් සමඟ මතකයට නැඟෙන තවත් සිදුවීම් පෙළකි.

Uduvap Full Moon Poya Day holds religious and cultural significance for Sri Lankan Buddhists and marks the end of the year. This Poya Day is remembered especially as the day on which Arahant Maha Moggallana Thero attained Mahaparinibbhana. Looking back at Sri Lankan Buddhist history, several other important events also come to mind in connection with this Poya Day. Among them, the arrival of the Southern Branch of the sacred Sri Maha Bodhi, brought to Sri Lanka by Arahant Sanghamitta Theri, the sister of Arahant Mahinda Thero, and the establishment of the Bhikkhuni Order in Sri Lanka with the support of Queen Anula are significant.
Furthermore, the Sri Pada pilgrimage season for devotees around the world also begins with this Poya Day.

ஆண்டின் இறுதியை குறிக்கும் பன்னிரண்டாவது மாத உண்டுவப் முழுமதி நாள் இலங்கையில் புத்த மதத்தை பின்பற்றும் மக்களுக்கு, மத ரீதியிலும் கலாச்சார ரீதியிலும் மிகவும் முக்கியமான நாள் ஆகும். இந்த முழுமதி நாள் மொக்கல்லான மகரஹதர் அவர்களின் மஹாபரிநிர்வாணத்தை நினைவுகூறும் நாள் என்பதற்கு முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்தது.
இலங்கை புத்த வரலாற்றை நோக்கும்போது, இந்த நாள் இன்னும் சில முக்கிய நிகழ்வுகளை நினைவூட்டுகிறது: அனந்தரின் ஆன்மீக மகளான சங்கமித்தா மகரஹத் தெரணியார் இலங்கைக்கு ஸ்ரீ மஹா போதி மரத்தின் தெற்கு கிளையை கொண்டு வந்தது மற்றும் அனுலா பிஸவ் அவர்களின் பங்களிப்பால் இலங்கையில் முதன்முதலாக பிக்குணி சங்கத்தை நிறுவிய நிகழ்வு போன்றவை இதன் அடையாளமாகும்.

ලෝක ඒඩ්ස් දිනය (World AIDS Day)

දෙසැම්බර් මස පළමුවන දිනට යෙදී ඇති ලෝක ඒඩ්ස් දිනයෙහි ප්‍රධානතම අරමුණ වන්නේ දැනට ලෝකයේ විශාල තර්ජනයක් වී ඇති වෛරස් රෝගයක් වන HIV/AIDS පිළිබඳව වත්මන් සමාජය දැනුවත් කිරීමයි. මෙය HIV නම් වෛරසය හේතුවෙන් ඇති වන ලිංගාශ්‍රිත සමාජ රෝගයකි. ලොව පුරා සිටින මිනිසුන් මෙදින එකට එකතු වන්නේ, HIV සමඟ ජීවත් වන සහ පීඩාවට පත් වූවන්ට සහයෝගය දැක්වීමට මෙන්ම ඒඩ්ස් රෝගයෙන් ජීවිත අහිමි වූවන් සිහිපත් කිරීමටයි.
HIV නැතහොත් මානව ප්‍රතිශක්තිකරණ ඌනතා වෛරසයේ බරපතලකම වන්නේ මෙම වෛරසය ආසාදනය වීමෙන් අනතුරුව එය මිනිස් ප්‍රතිශක්තිකරණ පද්ධතියට හානි සිදුකිරීමයි. එම නිසා ඒඩ්ස් රෝගය වැළඳුණු පුද්ගලයන්ගේ ප්‍රතිශක්තිය දිනෙන් දින දුර්වල වේ. මෙම හේතුව නිසා එම පුද්ගලයාට වැළඳෙන වෙනත් රෝගයක් වුවද උත්සන්න වීම මඟින් එම පුද්ගලයාගේ ජීවිතය නැති වීමට හැකියාවක් පවතී.

⭕මෙම රෝගය වැළඳිය හැකි ක්‍රම ලෙස,

🔸 රුධිර පාරවිලයනය මඟින්,
🔸අනාරක්ෂිත ලිංගික සම්බන්ධතා මඟින්,
🔸රෝගය ඇති මවකගෙන් ලැබෙන දරුවන්ට
ආදීය දැක්විය හැකිය.

HIV ඒඩ්ස්හි රෝග ලක්ෂණ එක් එක් පුද්ගලයාගේ ලිංගාශ්‍රිත රෝග මත රඳා පවතී.

⭕ පුරුෂයන් තුළ ඇතිවන ලිංගාශ්‍රිත රෝගවල රෝග ලක්ෂණ වන්නේ,

🔸පුරුෂ ලිංගයෙන් ස්‍රාවයක් පිට වීම,
🔸මුත්‍රා කරන විට ඇතිවන වේදනාව හෝ දැවිල්ල,
🔸ලිංගේන්ද්‍රිය හෝ ගුදය අවට වේදනාකාරී බිබිලි සහ වණ,
🔸ලිංගාශ්‍රිත ඉන්නන් - කුඩා, මාංසමය, වැඩි වශයෙන් වේදනාවක් නොමැති වර්ධනයක්,
🔸ගැටිති - ඉකිලිය හා සම්බන්ධ වසා ගැටිති ඉදිමීම,
🔸වෘෂණ කෝෂ වේදනාව.

⭕ ස්ත්‍රීන් තුළ ඇතිවන ලිංගාශ්‍රිත රෝගවල රෝග ලක්ෂණ වන්නේ,

🔸අසාමාන්‍ය යෝනි ශ්‍රාවය (කහ, කොළ, පෙණ, දුර්ගන්ධය හෝ ලේ පැල්ලම් විය හැකිය),
🔸මුත්‍රා කරන විට ඇතිවන වේදනාව හෝ දැවිල්ල,
🔸ලිංගේන්ද්‍රිය හෝ ගුදය අවට වේදනාකාරී බිබිලි හෝ වණ,
🔸ලිංගික අවයව අවට හිරි වැටීම හෝ කැසීම,
🔸ලිංගාශ්‍රිත ඉන්නන්,
🔸ශ්‍රෝණි වේදනාව,
🔸ලිංගිකව හැසිරීමේදී ඇතිවන වේදනාව,
🔸ගැටිති - ඉකිලිය හා සම්බන්ධ වසා ගැටිති ඉදිමීම.

ඒඩ්ස් සඳහා තවමත් ස්ථීර ප්‍රතිකාරයක් නොමැති අතර ආරක්ෂිතව සිටීමට ඇති එකම මාර්ගය වන්නේ HIV සම්ප්‍රේෂණය වන ආකාර සහ HIV ආසාදනය වළක්වා ගන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පිළිබඳව දැනුවත් වීමයි. වෛරස ගුණනය පාලනය කිරීමට සමත් ප්‍රතිවෛරස් නම් ඖෂධ ඇත. එහි ප්‍රතිඵලයක් වශයෙන් වෛරස් බර (Viral Load) අඩු වන අතර ප්‍රතිශක්තිකරණය ප්‍රතිස්ථාපනය වේ. නමුත් මෙම ඖෂධය මගින් HIV වෛරසය සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම විනාශ කළ නොහැක.

සෞඛ්‍යයවත් ආරක්ෂිත ජීවිතයක් ගත කරමු. ඒඩ්ස් පිටු දකිමු.

World AIDS Day

World AIDS Day is on 1st of December, that aims to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS among the present society. HIV/AIDS is a viral disease that has become a serious global threat. This is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the HIV virus. On this day, people around the world come together to show support for those who are living with and affected by HIV, as well as to commemorate those who lost their lives due to AIDS.
The severity of HIV, or Human Immunodeficiency Virus, lies on the damage it causes to the human immune system after getting infected. As a result, the immunity of individuals who develop AIDS, gradually weakens day by day. Because of this, even another disease which affects that person can worsen and may lead to fatality.

⭕ Modes of transmission of this disease include:

🔸 Through blood transfusion
🔸 Through unprotected sexual in*******se
🔸 From an infected mother to her child
Symptoms of HIV/AIDS vary depending on the sexually transmitted infections present in each individual.

⭕ Symptoms of sexually transmitted infections in males include:
🔸 Discharge from the p***s
🔸 Pain or burning sensation during urination
🔸 Painful blisters or sores around the ge****ls or a**s
🔸 Ge***al warts – small, fleshy, mostly painless growths
🔸 Swollen lymph nodes especially in the groin area
🔸 Testicular pain

⭕ Symptoms of sexually transmitted infections in females include:

🔸 Abnormal vaginal discharge (may be yellow, green, foamy, foul-smelling, or blood-stained)
🔸 Pain or burning sensation during urination
🔸 Painful blisters or sores around the ge****ls or a**s
🔸 Itching or irritation around the ge***al area
🔸 Ge***al warts
🔸 Pelvic pain
🔸 Pain during sexual in*******se
🔸 Swollen lymph nodes

There is still no permanent cure for AIDS. The only way to stay safe is by being aware of how HIV is transmitted and how infection can be prevented. There are antiviral drugs that have ability to control viral multiplication, thereby decreasing the viral load and restore the immunity to some extent. However, these medications are not capable of completely eliminating HIV from the body.

Let us live a healthy and safe life. Let us eradicate AIDS.

உலக எயிட்ஸ் தினம் (World AIDS Day)

டிசம்பர் மாதம் 1ஆம் திகதி கொண்டாடப்படும் உலக எய்ட்ஸ் தினத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கமானது, உலகத்தில் பெரிய அச்சுறுத்தலாக உள்ள வைரஸ் நோயான HIV/AIDS பற்றி சமூகத்திற்கு விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்துவதே ஆகும். இது HIV எனப்படும் வைரஸால் உருவாகும் ஒரு இணைபாலுறவு மூலம் பரவும் சமூக நோயாகும். உலகம் முழுவதும் உள்ள மக்கள் இந்த நாளில் ஒன்று கூடுவது, HIV உடன் வாழ்பவர்களுக்கு ஆதரவு அளிக்கவும் மற்றும் AIDS காரணமாக உயிரிழந்தவர்களை நினைவு கூறவும் ஆகும்.

HIV – மனித நோய் எதிர்ப்பு குறைபாடு வைரஸின் ஆபத்தான அம்சம் என்னவெனில், அது மனித உடலின் நோய் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தியை பலவீனப்படுத்துவது தான். அதனால் AIDS நோயால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களின் நோய் எதிர்ப்பு திறன் தினமும் குறைந்து விடுகிறது. இதன் காரணமாக, அவர்களுக்கு வேறு சாதாரண நோய்கள் கூட தீவிரமாகி, உயிருக்கு ஆபத்து ஏற்படலாம்.

⭕இந்த நோய் பரவக்கூடிய வழிகள்:

🔸 குருதி மூலம் பரவுதல்
🔸 பாதுகாப்பற்ற பாலியல் உறவு
🔸 தாயிடம் இருந்து குழந்தைக்கு பரவும் வாய்ப்புகள்.

⭕ ஆண்களில் காணப்படும் பாலியல் நோய்களின் அறிகுறிகள்:

🔸பாலின உறுப்புகளில் இருந்து திரவம் வெளிப்படுதல்
🔸சிறுநீர் கழிக்கும் போது வலி அல்லது எரிச்சல்
🔸பாலின உறுப்புகளில் அல்லது குதத்தின் சுற்றுப்பகுதியில் வலி தரும் புண்கள், புண்களாக்கள்
🔸பாலியல் மருக்கள் (Ge***al warts)
🔸தலைவலி, உடல்பகுதிகளில் வீக்கம்
🔸விதைப்பை பகுதியில் வலி

⭕ பெண்களில் காணப்படும் பாலியல் நோய்களின் அறிகுறிகள்:

🔸அசாதாரண யோனி சுரப்புகள் (மஞ்சள், பச்சை, நுரை, துர்நாற்றம் அல்லது இரத்தக்கறை)
🔸சிறுநீர் கழிக்கும் போது வலி/எரிச்சல்
🔸பாலின உறுப்புகளில் அல்லது குதத்தில் வலி தரும் புண்கள்
🔸பாலின உறுப்புப் பகுதியில் கடி
🔸பாலியல் மருக்கள்
🔸இடுப்புவலி
🔸பாலுறவின் போது வலி
🔸உடலில் சில பகுதிகளில் வீக்கம்

AIDSக்கு நிரந்தர சிகிச்சை இல்லை.HIV பரவுவது எப்படி, இதைத் தடுப்பது எப்படி என்பது பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வே மிக முக்கியம். வைரஸ் பெருகுவதை கட்டுப்படுத்தும் எதிர் வைரஸ் மருந்துகள் (ART) உள்ளன. இது வைரஸ் அளவை குறைத்து, நோய் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி மீண்டும் மெதுவாக வலுப்பெற உதவுகிறது. ஆனால் HIV வைரஸை முற்றிலும் அழிக்க முடியாது.

ஆரோக்கியமான மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பான வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வதற்கு
AIDS நோயை தடுப்போம்.

අඛණ්ඩව පැවති අයහපත් කාලගුණික තත්ත්වය පහව යාමත් සමග බෝවන රෝග පැතිරීමේ අවදානම වළක්වා ගනිමු.

දිවයිනට බලපා ඇති අයහපත් කාලගුණික තත්වය සමග මේ වන විට බොහෝ ජල මූලාශ්‍ර හා ආහාර දූෂණය වීම මෙන්ම වගා බිම් ජලයෙන් යට වීම නිසා එළවළු, පලතුරු ආදිය ද දූෂිත තත්ත්වයට පත්වෙයි.

මෙම හේතූන් නිසා ඉදිරියේදී,
🔸 පාචනය
🔸 වෛරස් උණ
🔸 කැස්ස සෙම්ප්‍රතිශ්‍යාව
🔸 මී උණ
🔸 වෙනත් බෝවන රෝග (ඩෙංගු, වෛරස් ආසාධන) වැනි තත්ත්වයන්ගේ අවධානම ඉහළ යයි.

එම තත්ත්වයන් වළක්වා ගැනීම සඳහා,
🔸ජලය උතුරවා නිවා පානය කිරීම
🔸 මී උණ වැළැක්වීම සඳහා අවශ්‍ය ප්‍රතිකාර ගැනීම (Doxycycline 200 mg)
🔸උණ, මස්පිඩු වේදනාව, කැරකැවිල්ල, ක්ලාන්තය වැනි රෝග ලක්ෂණ ඇත්නම් හැකි ඉක්මනින් වෛද්‍ය ප්‍රතිකාර සඳහා යොමු වීම.
🔸සනීපාරක්ෂක ක්‍රම අනුගමනය කිරීම.
🔸 එළවළු, පලතුරු ආහාරයට ප්‍රථම ලුණු වතුරින් හොඳින් සෝදා භාවිතා කිරීම.

සෞඛ්‍යාරක්ෂිත ක්‍රම අනුගමනය කිරීම මගින් ආපදා තත්ත්වයන්ගෙන් පසුව පැමිණෙන අවදානම වළක්වා ගනිමු.

Let’s prevent the risk of communicable disease outbreaks as the adverse weather conditions ease.
Due to the recent extreme weather conditions affecting the island, many water sources and food items have become contaminated. Additionally, due to flooding of agricultural lands, vegetables and fruits may also be in a contaminated state.
As a result, there is an increased risk of the following disease conditions in the near future:
🔸 Diarrhea
🔸 Viral fevers
🔸 Cough and cold
🔸 Leptospirosis
🔸 Other communicable diseases (e.g., dengue, viral infections)

To prevent these conditions:
🔸 Boil water before drinking
🔸 Take preventive treatment for leptospirosis (Doxycycline 200 mg)
🔸 Seek medical care immediately if symptoms such as fever, muscle pain, dizziness and syncope
🔸 Follow proper hygiene practices
🔸 Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly with salt water before consumption

By following proper health and safety practices, we can prevent the risks that arise after disaster situations.

இடைவிடாது நீடித்த மோசமான காலநிலை தளர ஆரம்பித்துள்ள இந்த நேரத்தில், பரவும் நோய்களின் அபாயத்தைத் தவிர்ப்போம்.
முழு நாட்டிலும் நீடித்துவரும் மோசமான காலநிலையின் காரணமாக பல நீர்மூலங்களும் உணவுப் பொருட்களும் மாசுபட்டுள்ளதுடன், வயல்கள் நீரில் மூழ்கியதால் காய்கறிகளும் பழங்களும் மாசுபடும் நிலை உருவாகியுள்ளது.

இந்த காரணங்களால் வரவிருக்கும் நாட்களில்,

🔸 எலி காய்ச்சல் தடுப்பு சிகிச்சை பெறுதல் (Doxycycline 200 mg).
🔸 காய்ச்சல், தசைவலி, உடல் நடுக்கம், சோர்வு போன்ற அறிகுறிகள் இருந்தால் உடனடியாக வைத்திய சிகிச்சை பெறுதல்.
🔸 சுகாதாரப் பழக்கவழக்கங்களைப் பின்பற்றுதல்.
🔸 காய்கறி, பழங்கள் போன்றவற்றை பயன்படுத்துவதற்கு முன் உப்பு நீரில் நன்கு கழுவுதல்.

சுகாதார பாதுகாப்பு நடைமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றி, பேரிடர் சூழ்நிலைக்குப் பின் ஏற்படக்கூடிய நோய் அபாயங்களைத் தவிர்ப்போம்.

"ලෝක ප්‍රතික්ෂුද්‍ර ජීවී ප්‍රතිරෝධක පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ සතිය" (World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week)

ප්‍රතික්ෂුද්‍ර ජීවී ප්‍රතිරෝධක පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමේ සතිය සඳහා සෑම වර්ෂයකම නොවැම්බර් මස 18 දින සිට 24 දින දක්වා කාලය වෙන්කර ඇත. මෙම සතිය වෙන් කිරීමේ ප්‍රධානතම අරමුණු වනුයේ, AMR (Antimicrobial Resistance) පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීම හා ප්‍රතිජීවක අවභාවිතය වළක්වා නිසියාකාරව භාවිතා කිරීම සඳහා ගෝලීය ජනතාව නැඹුරු කරවීමයි.

ප්‍රතිජීවක යනු බැක්ටීරියා, වෛරස හා දිලීර ආදී රෝග කාරකයන්ගෙන් ඇතිවන රෝගී තත්ත්වයන් මැඩ පැවැත්වීම සඳහා ලබා දෙන්නා වූ ඖෂධ වර්ගයකි. නමුදු මෙම ඖෂධ නිසියාකාරව භාවිතා නොකිරීම හේතුවෙන් ඉහත රෝග කාරකයන් ඒවායේ ජීව විද්‍යාත්මක ක්‍රියාවලි වෙනස් කර ගනිමින් ප්‍රතිකාරවලට ප්‍රතිරෝධීතාවයක් දක්වයි. මෙය වර්තමානයේ පවතින ඉතාමත් බරපතල ගැටලුවකි.

මෙම තත්ත්වය වළක්වා ගැනීම සඳහා,
⭕ ප්‍රතිජීවක අනිසි භාවිතය වළක්වා ගැනීම,
⭕ වෛද්‍ය නිර්දේශයන් මත පමණක් ප්‍රතිජීවක භාවිතා කිරීම,
⭕ මාත්‍රාව සහ කාලසීමාව සඳහා ලබා දී ඇති උපදෙස් පිළිපැදීම,
යනාදී ක්‍රියාමාර්ග අනුගමනය කළ හැකිය.

එමෙන්ම ඉහත දැක්වූ රෝග කාරකයන් මගින් ඇතිවන ආසාදන පැතිරීම වළක්වා ගැනීම සඳහා ප්‍රතිජීවක භාවිතා කිරීම වෙනුවට,
⭕ නිතර දෑත් සබන් යොදා සේදීම,
⭕ සෞඛ්‍යවත් පෝෂ්‍යදායී ආහාර වේලක් ලබා ගැනීම,
⭕ නිසි පරිදි එන්නත් ලබා ගැනීම,
⭕ හොඳ සනීපාරක්ෂාවක් පවත්වා ගැනීම,
ආදී ක්‍රියාමාර්ග අනුගමනය කළ හැකිය.

ප්‍රතිජීවක අනිසි භාවිතය වළක්වා ගනිමු. යහපත් සෞඛ්‍ය ජීවිතයක් සඳහා දොරටු විවර කර ගනිමු.

World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week

The World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week is reserved from 18th of November to 24th of November every year. The main purpose of dedicating this week is to raise awareness about AMR (Antimicrobial Resistance) and to encourage the global population to use antibiotics responsibly while preventing their misuse.

Antibiotics are medications given to control diseases caused by pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi. However, when these medicines are not used properly, the above pathogens change their biological mechanisms and develop resistance to treatments. Currently this has become a very serious issue in the world.

To prevent this situation, the following measures can be taken:
⭕ Avoiding the misuse of antibiotics
⭕ Using antibiotics only according to a medical prescription
⭕ Following the prescribed dosage and duration correctly

Instead of relying on antibiotics unnecessarily, the spread of infections caused by the above pathogens can be prevented through:
⭕ Regular handwashing with soap
⭕ Taking a healthy and nutritious diet
⭕ Receiving proper vaccinations
⭕ Maintaining good hygiene

Let us prevent the misuse of antibiotics and open the doors to a healthier life.

உலக நுண்ணுயிர்கொல்லி எதிர்ப்பு விழிப்புணர்வு வாரம் (World Antimicrobial Resistance Awareness Week)

உலக நுண்ணுயிர்கொல்லி எதிர்ப்பு விழிப்புணர்வு வாரம் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நவம்பர் 18 ஆம் திகதி முதல் 24 ஆம் திகதி வரை அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது. இதன் முக்கிய நோக்கம் AMR (Antimicrobial Resistance) பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை உயர்த்தி, நுண்ணுயிர் கொல்லி மருந்துகளை சரியான முறையில் பயன்படுத்துவதற்கு மக்களை ஊக்குவிப்பதாகும்.

நுண்ணுயிர் கொல்லி என்பது பற்றீரியா, வைரஸ் மற்றும் பங்கசு போன்ற நோய்க்கிருமிகளால் ஏற்படும் தொற்றுகளை கட்டுப்படுத்தப் பயன்படுகின்றன. ஆனால் இம்மருந்துகளை தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்தும்போது, மேற்கண்ட நோய்க்கிருமிகள் தங்களின் உயிரியல் செயல்பாடுகளை மாற்றி மருந்து எதிர்ப்பு தன்மையை உருவாக்குகின்றன. இது இன்றைய உலகில் ஒரு பெரிய சுகாதாரப் பிரச்சினையாகியுள்ளது.

இந்த நிலையைத் தவிர்க்க:
⭕ நுண்ணுயிர் கொல்லி தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்துவதைத் தவிர்த்தல்
⭕ மருத்துவர் ஆலோசனைப்படி மட்டுமே நுண்ணுயிர் கொல்லி பயன்படுத்துதல்
⭕ பரிந்துரைக்கப்பட்ட மருந்தளவு மற்றும் காலவரம்பை முறையாகப் பின்பற்றுதல்

කොළඹ විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයීය හෙද පීඨයේ හෙද පීඨ ශිෂ්‍ය සංගමයේ මගපෙන්වීම යටතේ 2023/2024 සහෝදරත්වය විසින් සංවිධානය කරනු ලැබු "ආවර්ජනා-2025 " - ස්නේහ පාලමෙන් පද බැඳුණු කලා මතක, සෞන්දර්යාත්මක වින්දනීය දෙහෝරාව වර්ෂ 2025 ක් වූ ජුලි මස 24 වන බ්‍රහස්පතින්දා දින පස්වරු 6.30 සිට හෙද පීඨ විවෘත ශ්‍රවණාගාර පරිශ්‍රයේ දී සාර්ථකව විදහා දැක්වීය. එදින සිදු වූ සුවිශේෂ දසුන් පෙළක් මතක සිත්තම් ලෙස කැමරා කාචයේ මෙලෙස සනිටුහන් විය.

"The memories of art bound by the bridge of affection - Awarjana 2025", an aesthetic and enchanting evening, organized by the 2023/2024 brotherhood under the guidance of the Students' Union of the Faculty of Nursing, University of Colombo was held on Thursday, 24th of July 2025, from 6.30 p.m. onwards at the Open Auditorium of the Faculty of Nursing premises.
A set of remarkable moments were captured on camera as follows.

"ஆவர்ஜனா - 2025"
கொழும்புப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் தாதியியல் பீட மாணவர் ஒன்றியத்தின் வழிகாட்டுதலின் கீழ், 2023/2024 கல்வியாண்டிற்கான மாணவர்களால் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட "ஆவர்ஜனா (நினைவலைகள்) - 2025" என்ற நிகழ்ச்சி, கலைகளின் நினைவுகளை அழகிய அனுபவங்களாக மாற்றிய ஒரு வண்ணமயமான நிகழ்வாக அமைந்தது.
இந்நிகழ்ச்சி, 2025 ஜூலை 24ஆம் திகதி வியாழக்கிழமையன்று மாலை 6.30 மணிக்கு, எமது தாதியியல் பீடத்தின் திறந்த கேட்போர்கூடத்தில் சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது.
அந்நிகழ்வில் இடம்பெற்ற சிறப்பான தருணங்களில் படம்பிடிக்கப்பட்ட வண்ணமயமான புகைப்படங்களை இப்போது உங்கள் முன் எங்கள் நினைவாக பகிர்ந்துகொள்கின்றோம்.
