Our time in India has come to a close & we return to Sri Lanka infused with warmth, inspiration & replenished 🇱🇰

Returning back to this special place is a ritual, a deep rooted anchor for both of us.

Thank you to our teachers, and all of the teachers who have come before them. To the people, to the land. India you enrich us deeply with something that takes us to deeper layers with every loop back in.

From philosophy lessons scribbled on waiters notepads in tiny cafes, to our morning reading spots, and learning to play Bansuri flute. What an abundance of joy.

To our individual & shared teachers we have. We are so grateful.

We’ll see you really soon in Sri Lanka.

We reopen our shala in 12 x days and in preparation before our 200hr yoga teacher trainings begin, Nicola & Ricardo have been soaking in time studying, practicing, and spending time with their personal teachers they trust, respect and appreciate dearly.

✨ DROP IN YOGA PRACTICE ✨ Returning from 20th October 2025

For those asking, or curious if you’re planning your travels to the South of Sri Lanka, our usual drop in scheduled classes will be returning from October. This time around we will have some new additions to our teaching team & practice spaces too.

Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings will also be starting again from the 20th, the abundance and magic already feels alive in this next phase of Rila Yoga 2.0 on these beautiful grounds we call home!

We only opened in December 2024 and we’ve been dedicating so much love and heart into what this place is unfolding into and we cannot wait to share and see you all in October!

✨ DROP IN YOGA PRACTICE ✨ Returning from 20th October 2025

For those asking, or curious if you’re planning your travels to the South of Sri Lanka, our usual drop in scheduled classes will be returning from October. This time around we will have some new additions to our teaching team & practice spaces too.

We have an exciting time ahead, as we’ve been using the past few months to retreat and spaciously plan what Rila Yoga 2.0 looks and feels like. We only opened in December 2024, and we’re super ready to share with you the next phase.

First stop & will be heading to Rishikesh prior to reopening as they immerse deeper into their yogic studies with past and new teachers, and focus on their own practices before coming back to share with you all!

Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings will also be starting again from the 20th, the abundance and magic already feels alive on these beautiful grounds we call home
