Another way to practice yoga, through mindful creativity. Learn to paint your own trinket dish with a Sri Lankan artist who will guide you in unfolding your own special memory and mindful moment encapsulated into your trinket dish 🌺

Enjoy herbal tea, incense flowing, intentional painting, mindful conversation and gentle music to find your moment of mindfulness.

Exam week on yoga teacher training nourished by nature and pool side relaxation at 🌿

We’re so lucky to have this dance of life happening on these grounds, where on one side of the fence it’s nothing but a dedicated yoga shala, and a few steps around the garden, you arrive into interior wonder where you have the option to stay on site too!

It’s week 4 and it’s our space when we hand it all over to the students. A time for them to share this practice their way, growing their teaching roots, and let their heart unravel what the past 3 x weeks have infused.

Our course is 25 x days, and gives you space to immerse, but space to breathe, integrate and embody.

We only have 4 x spaces left for our January 2026 group, drop us a DM if you’d like to hear more!

Yes, our mornings might be full of silence until breakfast, deep practice & devotion. But, damn the belly laughs are very real on this YTT 🤭✨

What a joy weekly Inversions & Arm Balances are for the 200hr team! Hurdling over fears with laughter, breakthroughs with new self belief, and all the inbetween.

Grateful we are for you Ricardo, and to all the students who bring all of themselves at all points on the mat!

Our time in India has come to a close & we return to Sri Lanka infused with warmth, inspiration & replenished 🇱🇰

Returning back to this special place is a ritual, a deep rooted anchor for both of us.

Thank you to our teachers, and all of the teachers who have come before them. To the people, to the land. India you enrich us deeply with something that takes us to deeper layers with every loop back in.

From philosophy lessons scribbled on waiters notepads in tiny cafes, to our morning reading spots, and learning to play Bansuri flute. What an abundance of joy.

To our individual & shared teachers we have. We are so grateful.

We’ll see you really soon in Sri Lanka.

We reopen our shala in 12 x days and in preparation before our 200hr yoga teacher trainings begin, Nicola & Ricardo have been soaking in time studying, practicing, and spending time with their personal teachers they trust, respect and appreciate dearly.

For them both, it’s not just about teaching, it’s about breathing life through something they both love. These moments of integration and self practice are equal to sharing 🌬️
