With our busy lifestyles, back pain has become a common issue among most of us. Having a healthy back is important in our every day life and not only in the gym. This is why we need to embrace fitness as a part of our lifestyle.

Here I have demonstrated some of my favorite exercises that you can do every day as your warmup, core strengthening workout or simply a morning routine to start your day which helps to minimize back pain and injuries.

Feel free to tryout and increase reps,sets and time durations as per your strength levels.

Hey Fit Chaps!
One exercise that I absolutely love doing on a busy day is the Dumbbell Hang Sn**ch.

This is a powerful full- body movement that targets your lower- body(Glutes, hamstrings and quads), upper-body(Back, shoulders, forearms and triceps) and your core muscles.

Dumbbell hang sn**ch uses both fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers quite efficiently; So if you’re planning to increase athletic performance or get bulky, this is an excellent exercise.

Keep in mind that this is an advanced movement which guarantee results as well as injuries if performed with WRONG form and technique. So be mindful about the technique and give it a try. Stay focused, stay fit!

“Most effective way to burn fat” has been the most talked about topic in the fitness industry for decades. As simple as this sounds you must get your cardio in along with your meal planing and resistance training to burn fat.

Most of us hate cardio simply because it’s repetitive and gets boring over time.

Here two of my clients are doing a circuit routine I’ve created which is challenging fun and requires minimum equipment. All the movements above are functional and they demand certain skills unlike traditional cardio.

Follow this routine as a circuit ,back to back, as shown in the video and repeat it 4-5 times with 30sec breaks in between each set.

Be creative and create your own circuit routine to challenge your heart and lungs while having fun. Stay fit, always!

Hey Fit Chaps!

Shoulder Press is the most commonly known shoulder exercise. Though this is a simple movement, performing this correctly will guarantee you results.

As you can see here, the starting position is to keep your elbows bent at a 90 degree angle while keeping the dumbbells just below your ear-line. Step two is to push the weight above your head in a straight line while contracting your shoulder muscles at the top. Then pause for a second without locking your elbows and return to the starting position with a good stretch and repeat.

Increase the weight if you want to, and challenge yourself in each set. That's called a progressive overload.This is a great exercise for strengthening your shoulders and for muscle hypertrophy.

As always don't forget your mobility and warm-up exercises before any workout session. Most importantly, don't forget to cool down and stretch to prevent injuries. Stay Safe, Stay Fit!

Our Story

I am a REPS certified Level 3 personal trainer with a background of Kick boxing. I have trained under Master Renil Fernando affiliated under WKA(World Kickboxing Association). Fitness has always been a part of my life.

Currently working for leading Airline in UAE. As a working professional and a personal trainer, i have come across school goers to corporate individuals who have less or no access to workout programs to suit their lifestyle. My fitness programs are based around these individuals to make fitness as a part of their lifestyle. I believe that everyone is capable of becoming the next best version of of themselves if you have the motivation and perseverance.

I have started my own youtube channel called "FitChap Fitness" to share my knowledge of workout routines and nutritional tips.
