3. Whole grain toast with avocado and scrambled eggs.
4. Protein smoothie made with protein powder, banana, spinach, and almond milk.

Banana Lemon Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 lemon (juiced)
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
1/2 cup water or almond milk
Ice cubes (optional)
Lemon zest (for garnish)
Instructions:

Fatty liver happens when excess fat builds up in the liver cells. Normally, the liver contains some fat, but if fat makes up more than 5-10% of the liver’s weight, it’s called fatty liver.

🚩 Main reasons for fatty liver:

✅ Overweight / Obesity
Too much body fat, especially around the belly, increases the risk of fat buildup in the liver.

✅ Insulin resistance & type 2 diabetes
High insulin levels can cause the liver to store more fat.
